This article is the result of generalizing a real practical problem of optimizing the operation of a cold supply logistics network. A small (up to 100 clients) logistics company solves the problem of operational planning: during the working day (fixed time window) to provide the supply of cold (food) products from distribution centers to end consumers along well-defined routes (i.e., the logistic network graph is fixed). The company has set the following conditions for the authors. In addition to minimizing the usual transport costs, take into account also the environmental costs (associated with negative consequences for the environment) that arise during the operation of the logistics supply network. And also when deciding to use software available to the company. The case is considered when the transport tariff on each route is a linearly increasing function of the total volume of all traffic on this route. When the Nash equilibrium conditions are met, the mathematical model for optimizing the total costs of the logistics network is reduced to a convex (quadratic) programming problem. Computer implementation in MS Excel environment has been carried out. This makes it possible to carry out simulation calculations for various options for transport costs on routes, taking into account environmental costs.
The article examines the market of cold logistics in Ukraine (logistics of products, which requires compliance with special temperature conditions). The main problem faced by the authors was the virtual absence of statistical data in this sector of the economy. Therefore, for the study, one of the methods of Multivariate Statistical Analysis was applied, namely, Hierarchical Cluster Analysis. This method made it possible to make a dynamic (for 2017-2020 years) classification of the regions of Ukraine with respect to a latent indicator - the stable development of the cold logistics market. A robust division of 24 regions into three groups-clusters was obtained: “leaders”, “middle peasants”, “outsiders”. The factors-symptoms that had the most significant influence on the formation of a cluster (group of regions) of leaders were determined: the volume of exports and imports, the number of modern multi-temperature logistics warehouse complexes and the income of the population of the region. To assess the environmental impact of the functioning of the cold supply logistics network, an environmental factor was used in the analysis - the volume of CO2 emissions from transport, warehousing, postal and courier activities.
Abstract:The article examines the role of consulting services in the restructuring of enterprises. It describes how consulting firms help to increase the efficiency of enterprises and their value by providing information and recommendations. The work grounds the importance of the restructuring implementation adaptation for enterprises to external market conditions in order to increase their value and improve efficiency, competitiveness and market activity. The authors describe the stages of the restructuring and the participation of a consulting firm at each stage. The work shows the methodology of the restructuring with the involvement of consulting services. Our theoretical arguments are supported by case from the experience of the auditing company has conducted the restructuring in industrial enterprise. The example of implementation the restructuring of the organizational structure of the industrial holding in Ukraine through the services of an auditing company is given. This paper provides an effective way of the restructuring acceptable not only for industrial companies in Ukraine but also for enterprises that operate in a transitional economy.
