The guide letter has an important role in the administration of population administration at the village level. The letter of introduction is a proof of recognition from the Chairman of RT, RW and Village Office Chairman against the residents domiciled in the area. The management of guide letter and residents' domicile data in Bandasari Village has not been well managed. The data of introductory letters and immigrants are still managed and stored in each Chariman RT. In this research, developed Information System of Guidance Letter Handling Village Management Bandasari aims to manage data introduction letter and data of immigrants in the village Bandasari. System development using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with waterfall process model and blackbox testing method. Based on the tests conducted, it is known that the system will be developed to assist fast the People, Chairman of RT, RW and Village chief in managing the data of guidace letters and migrant residents data, because data saved in one database and can be access by user. Abstrak Surat pengantar berperan penting dalam pengelolaan administrasi kependudukan di tingkat desa. Surat pengantar adalah bukti pengakuan dari Ketua RT, Ketua RW dan Kantor Desa terhadap warga yang berdomisili di daerahnya. Pengelolaan surat pengantar dan data domisili warga di Desa Bandasari belum terkelola dengan baik. Data surat pengantar dan warga pendatang masih terkelola dan tersimpan pada masing-masing Ketua RT. Pada penelitian ini, dikembangkan Sistem Informasi Pengurusan Surat Pengantar Berbasis Framework Codeigniter yang bertujuan untuk mengelola data surat pengantar dan data warga pendatang di Desa Bandasari. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model proses atau paradigma waterfall dan metode pengujian menggunakan blackbox testing. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan, diketahui sistem yang akan dikembangkan dapat membantu mempercepat Warga, Ketua RT, Ketua RW dan Kantor Desa dalam mengelola data surat pengantar dan data warga pendatang Karena proses pencatatan data akan disimpan di satu database sehingga data bisa diakses dari masing-masing pengguna.
In every academic and student activity, data collection on student meetings is always done. General student data collection activities are still carried out manually by filling in the student attendance form. Besides being able to help and correct problems in lecturing activities, the manual presentation system is not practical in centralized recording and also increases human error in recording. The technology that can be used to add to these shortcomings is Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) in the presence of students. By utilizing RFID technology to approve and MySQL as a database, it is expected that student data collection and recording can be done easily and centrally. It can be concluded from the study that each RFID card used is a unique card identity that functions as a valid marker or identity for students or lecturers in conducting attendance.
EduWisata is a concept of developing an environmentally friendly tourism area by taking into accounts the resources and elements of education in a marine tourism package. The concept has been applied to the Cilacap mangrove forest area. The lack of information media in the mangrove forest area makes the visiting community still not get complete information about the types, classifications, benefits, and distribution of mangrove plants. Quick Response Code or also known as QR Code can be used as a media for storing information based on information technology in the form of a code image. The image of this code can be scanned using a QR code scanner. The QR Code system can also assist managers in improving the quality of service in the delivery of educational information on the types of mangrove plants found in mangrove forests to the public. The QR Code system is made using smartphone technology to scan QR codes. Mangrove plant data information will appear on the visitor's smartphone screen, so visitors will easily access information about mangrove plants.
