This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of psychological work environment and workload on turnover intentions with job stress as an intervening variable for employees of PT EDI Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The objects of this research are 80 employees of PT EDI Indonesia. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool Smart-PLS. The results showed psychological work environment has negative and significant effect on job stress. Workload that has positive and significant effect on job stress. Psychological work environment has negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Workload.
