Tourism in Semarang district growth by availability of facilities, transportation and accommodation in every tourism objects. To fulfill satisfaction of traveller and to invite more of traveller, tree of the variable were needed. This research discussed the effects of facilities, transportation and accommodation to satisfy of traveller. Kottler (2005) facility is physically equipment which provided by service seller to customer’s comfortable. Fidel Miro (2005) transportation is to move or shift object from one to other location by transportation equipment and accommodation is goods which provided to fulfill someone need while traveller. This research do descriptive quantitative on associative research. There 100 of traveller be respondents, used questioner to collect data. Validity and reliability test use as instruments test. Simple correlation and multiple, simple linear regression and multiple, determination (adjusted R square) t test and F test used for analytical technique. The Result show that facilities, transportation and accommodation able to descript of tourism satisfaction on tourism object at Semarang district. By t test of facilities, transportation and accommodation positively effect and significant to tourism satisfaction. By F test shown that facilities, transportation and accommodation positively effect to tourism satisfaction
In the age of globalization where the midst of increasingly fierce competition, human ability as a resource for mastery of technology, adaptation and responsiveness to change is needed. This research is done to explore and analyze the impact of job satisfaction and competency on employee performance. Besides that organizational citizenship behavior is a mediating variable. Respondents used in this study were employees of the Garment Company factory in Semarang Regency as many as 105 people. The questionnaire method is used to collect the primary data needed. The AMOS SEM program is used for analytical tools. The results of the study found that: 1). Employee competency variables and job satisfaction variables have a positive influence on OCB. 2). Employee competency variables and job satisfaction variables have a positive influence on employee performance. 3). OCB has a positive influence on employee performance. 4). Employee competency variables and job satisfaction variables have a positive influence through OCB on employee performance.
Development of tourism destination of Masjid Kapal safinatun najah with 3A tourism component in Semarang City The research was designed to understand and to explain potential and tourist attraction at Safinatun Najah Mosque based on 3A of tourism component and explanation of development efforts by the administrator, government, and community as well as knowing the benefit of Safinatun Najah Mosque development. Qualitative description research is mentioned as research that produce scientific research that use description data in the form of words written or verbally off people or behaviour which observe to a group of people or an object and group of culture (Maleong J, 1991). Developing of attraction at Safinatun Najah Mosque by optimising the empty space. Developing and maintaining of amenity by continuous care and developing of accessibility by enlargement of the street traffic sign and giving the transportation of public. This development gives an economic impact such also gives a social and cultural impact.
Corona virus (covid-19) is a virus which transmits disease through touch. This can spread in small droplets which come from nose or mouth when coughing or sneezing. Government takes many policies on various aspects of life at the economic sector, education, tourism, health and even activities of life in the community. Work from Home is one of the government’s policy, Work from home is a term of working remotely, more precisely working from home. Some factors that affect performance by work from home are personality, organizational communication, and work facilities. Data results of the questionnaire are use in this study by sample data collection techniques of 30 people from 127 populations. SPSS analysis tool, used as analysis technique in the study, which multiple linear regression by conducting validity tests, reliability testing, correlation analysis of regression analysis, coefficient of confirmation and testing of the hypothesis. Results showed that the Adjusted RSquare (coefficient of determination) on 0.986. This concludes that the independent variables (personality, organizational communication and facilities) can explain 98.6% of the dependent variable (employee performance). And the rest of 1.4% (100% - 98.6%) are explaining other independent variables that not proposed in this research.
This research was conducted to be able to find out the influence of competency and motivation variables on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. And it can also be known which variables have the highest influence on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, using statistical methods using questionnaires given to respondents. Respondents will answer by choosing numbers from existing statements about the influence of Competence and Motivation on the Performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. This research uses the study of library methods, questionnaire methods which are then processed with SPSS for windows 25.0. The sample of respondents in the study was 78 people. From the results of research both variables can be known motivation is shown as a variable that has the highest influence on employee performance in RSUD. Sultan Fatah with more value of 0.511 to employee performance
