This research proposes to study production cost, revenue, income, BEP, R/C, and price changes analysis of broiler chicken farming business at PT Bilabong. The method of location determination was held by purposive method. The respondents sample determination method was census with 12 plasma farmer. The research result showed that the production cost average is Rp 223,737,701. Revenue average is Rp 268,247,430 and income average is Rp 44,509,729. The BEP (Unit) is Rp 13,375/kg, the production farmer average 16,467 kg. The BEP (Price) is Rp 15,465/kg, sale farmer average at Rp 16,290/kg. This result showed that broiler chicken business at plasma farmers of PT Bilabong plasma farmers reached higher value than BEP of unit and BEP of price. R/C value showed 1.2. The critical point analysis of price changes was 5% and it is mean that if broiler chicken price lower than 5%, so that the farmers will undergo a loss. Based on the income analysis, BEP and RC estimation, it can be definitely concluded that the plasma broiler chicken farming at PT Bilabong in Limpung district Batang regency is profitable and worth the effort. Keywords: Broiler, Business Analysis, Partnership, BEP, R/C
According to a report from the Riau Province BLHK states that hotspots in Riau Province are always present every year despite the number of hotspots that have been suppressed (http://dislhk.riau.go.id/). One of the causes is the frequent land clearing occurred as a trigger from a hotspot in Riau Province. There is a need for countermeasures as soon as possible to overcome the problem of hotspots that will cause forest fires. These problems need to be watched out quickly, one of which is to know in advance the hotspots that are likely to emerge based on existing data. Data mining processing is very suitable to be applied in order to produce relevant data to find out the possibility of hotspots. In this study the data grouping was done in the form of a visualization of hotspot mapping using the K-means Clustering method. The parameters used include 3 number of clusters (critical, alert, vigilant), 12 regencies / cities in Riau Province and 3 attributes (hotspots, number of fires, number of events). With the results of the visualization of the mapping using the K-means Clustering method, it is expected to be able to help the relevant parties, namely the Riau Provincial Forest Service in handling early the hotspots that are likely to emerge.
This study presents an investigation on the motion control of 3 phase motor using wireless communication. The wireless communication network used is Bluetooth which supports Arduino Uno, so that the motor rotation can be controlled via a smartphone. Control system is used to adjust 3 phase motor rotation. The method used in the development of 3 phase motor rotation control system are analysis of needs, control system design, development of systems, testing and performance measurement, and improvement the system. The results of this study indicate that the 3 phase motor rotation control system can work according to the design. When Bluetooth HC-06 module receives a signal from a smartphone via Bluetooth Electronics, then the signal is sent to Arduino Uno and forwarded to DC Relay and proceed to Omron MKP3-I Relay. When using 3.0 version of bluetooth, the farthest distance that can be received by the Bluetooth HC-06 module without an obstacle is 21 m, whereas if there is an obstacle, the signal can only be received in 16 m. Meanwhile, when using 4.1 version bluetooth, the farthest distance that can be received by the Bluetooth HC-06 module without an obstacle is 26 m, whereas if there is an obstacle, the signal can only be received in 19 m.
