Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik bertempat di desa Kandangsemangkon, kabupaten Lamongan yang terdiri dari 2 dusun yaitu : Dusun Kandang dan Dusun Dengok. Mahasiswa Program studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar melaksanakan program PAIKEM (Pembelajaran Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif, Efektif, dan Menyenangkan). Aktif ialah bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran guru harus menciptakan suasana sedemikian rupa sehingga peserta didik aktif untuk bertanya, dan mengemukakan pendapatnya. Inovatif ialah dalam proses pembelajaran diharapkan muncul ide-ide, gagasan atau inovasi baru yang positif dan lebih baik. Kreatif ialah setiap proses pembelajaran yang dapat menciptakan kegiatan yang beragam, serta mampu membuat media belajar yang sederhana dan memudahkan pemahaman peserta didik. Efektif yakni selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung dalam mewujudkan ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran, peserta didik dapat menguasai kompetensi serta keterampilan yang diharapkan. Menyenangkan ialah suasana belajar mengajar yang nyaman dan menyenangkan. Media yang kami gunakan ialah media Faskho, media tersebut mengajarkan semua mata pelajaran sesuai materi yang di pelajari, selain itu media Faskho juga mengajarkan peserta didik untuk belajar sambil bermain agar peserta didik tidak merasa bosan dan lebih menyenangkan. Menurut Al Manar Rasyid Ridla, (2008) Faskho/Fastabiqul Khairat adalah (ajakan) artinya berlomba-lombalah berbuat kebaikan, sehingga di dalam permainan ada dua kartu yang berisi tentang soal-soal negatif dan positif.
Website atau yang biasanya disingkat web adalah halaman informasi yang disediakan melalui jalur internet sehingga bisa diakses di seluruh dunia selama terkoneksi dengan jaringan internet. Website merupakan kumpulan halaman yang menampilkan informasi data teks, data gambar diam atau, data animasi, suara, video dan atau gabungan dari semuanya, baik yang bersifat statis maupun dinamis yang membentuk satu rangkaian bangunan yang saling terkait dimana masing-masing dihubungkan dengan jaringan-jaringan halaman. Saat ini web merupakan salah satu media yang efektif untuk digunakan sebagai media informasi karena cakupannya yang sangat luas yaitu seluruh dunia. Dalam pembuatan web desa Karanggeneng kami membutuhkan waktu beberapa minggu, untuk template web kami menggunakan sistem informasi desa dari OpenSid kemudian setelah web desa siap, kami melakukan sosialisasi kepada perangkat desa Karanggeneng terkait penggunaan dan pemeliharaan web desa Karanggeneng. Dengan adanya web desa Karanggeneng ini diharapkan akan dapat menjadi sebuah media informasi yang baru dan bermanfaat baik untuk desa dan masyarakat desa itu sendiri maupun masyarakat luar.
AbK 1 was successfully synthesized using a combination of solid-and solution-phase that has a difference with the previous method applied for the synthesis of other aureobasidin analogues, [2S,3S-Hmp]-AbL 2. The linear precursor was prepared by using solid-phase method with Fmoc strategy, in which an ester bond was constructed on the resin. The cyclic product was obtained from a solution-phase reaction of the linear precursor using HATU reagent. The crude of the cyclic peptide was purified using a column chromatography technique to obtain [Leu] 6-AbK 1 with a percent yield of 5.31% that is higher compared to previous similar method for synthesis of [2S,3S-Hmp]-AbL 2. The purity level of cyclic product was analyzed using analytical RP-HPLC (tR = 6.49 min) and analysis of structure using 1 H-NMR.
Astract Muntingia calabura plant is a plant in Indonesia that has a variety of functions. It is used as a herbal ingredient to treat certain diseases and also as an antibacterial as well as natural antioxidants. Because inside the leaves there are various bioactive compound that can be used for the sake of herbal making. The purpose of this study is to do early screening of Muntingia calabura leaf extract using ethanol and aquos solvent. The method used in extraction is maceration exaction. The phytochemical analysis performed are total phenols, total flavonoids and antioxidants (IC50). The results showed a total phenol in the ethanol extract was 361.22 mg of GAE/g total flavonoids was 42.46 mg QE/g and antioxidant activity (IC50) was 131.22 μg/mL. At the aquos extract, total phenol was 267.61 mg of GAE/g, total flavonoids was 16.22 mg QE/g and antioxidant activity (IC50) was 129.31 μg/mL. By seeing the total phenol and antioxidants in both the extract (ethanol and aquos), the Muntingia calabura leaves have the potential to be used as herbal ingredients and antimicrobial agents.
Goldfish (Cyprinus carpio Linn) punten breeds is a type of freshwater fish that has greatpotential in terms of quality and quantity. Seed production from generation to generation hasdecreased quality. An alternative effort was made to maintain the seed quality of geneticengineering with triploidization process using heat shock treatment. The heat shock can preventpolar body II from splitting on eggs during cleavage of meiosis II level resulting in 3Nchromosome or sterile fish. The purpose of this research is to analyze chromosome number intriploidization process of punten breeds fish and to analyze the effect of temperature shockduration on hatching rate of goldfish (Cyprinus carpio Linn) Punten Breeds. This research wasdescriptive research with 2 treatments and 3 replications in each treatment that was heat shocktreatment 40 ºC at minute 2 after fertilization with difference of heat shock duration 1,5 minutes(treatment A) and shock time temperature 2 minutes (treatment B). The parameters observedwere triploid success, hatching rate, survival rate, and growth of of goldfish (Cyprinus carpioLinn) Punten Breeds, analyzed by T-test with 95% confidence interval. The result of heat shockduration of 1.5 minutes showed the percentage of triploid fish 53,57% and shock timetemperature 2 minute 43,64%. The result of T-test of both treatments had no significant effect onall observation parameters but had varied relationship that was enough and inversely related toall observation parameters
