Combining these in silico approaches will be a more effective and efficient solution in finding new lead compounds for HDAC drug discovery research in the future.

This study aims to discuss the basis of moderation in the traditions of various religions and its implementation in the era of digital disruption. This study uses a qualitative approach and data processing using descriptive-analytical methods. The results and discussion of this study indicate that there are several foundations of moderation in all religious teachings. The teachings of religious moderation do not belong only to one particular religion, but to various religions even world civilizations also have that kind of teaching. This study concludes that religious moderation is indispensable in implementation in today's digital era. An important effort in implementing religious moderation today is aimed at creating a generation that is moderate and not easily influenced by radical ideas propagated from cyberspace. This study recommends the millennial generation and educational institutions to foster a sense of religious moderation in the midst of the era of digital disruption.

In modern times currently demanded everything must be quick and precise. This is because the more the increase of population in the world today that keeps growing. The queue is a aktifiitas where customers wait to obtain a service. In the system queue sometimes experiencing aproblem, the problem arises because the number of queued on the serve. A long queue occurs because of the large number of transactions at the teller either transfers, cash with drawals, mortgage payments, retirement funds are taking and receive cash retention. Queueing models discussed in this research is a queue where customers come in groups. The number of customers in each group is a random variable, and the time between the arrival of the exponential distribution is. On the research of Exponential method is used to calculate the time of service with a single channel to be able to observe how the performance of the system. Based on research results, gained sufficient servers to serve is as much as 3 servers, if only 1 server will result in average waiting times are too long resulting in the customer will get tired of waiting for a while if you're using 4 the server will result inan average waiting time of very little until the server is idle.

The COVID-19 pandemic has spread to various parts of the world and caused many deaths. The victims are infected by SARS-CoV-2, a new type of coronavirus that has appeared since December 2019 and caused respiratory symptoms, fever, coughing, and shortness of breath. In addition to social distancing, wearing masks and washing hands, diet is important as a defense of the body against SARS-CoV-2. In this review, researchers conducted epigenetic diet studies that could potentially inhibit SARS-CoV-2, and can be consumed and used on a daily basis.

Peningkatan standar kompetensi para guru dan siswa/i khususnya Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan sesuai dengan himbauan program kementrian Pendidikan untuk melakukan pelatihan bagi para guru dan siswa/i kejuruan. Pendidikan dan pelatihan ini merupakan salah satu bentuk media untuk mempersiapkan kompetensi para guru dan siswa/i kejuruan khususnya di SMK Negeri 3 Pariaman Sumatera Barat dengan merujuk kepada kurikulum 2013. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah SMK Negeri 3 Pariaman Sumatera Barat. Pelatihan ini diperuntukan bagi para guru dan siswa/i SMK Negeri 3 Pariaman Sumatera Barat khususnya di Program Studi Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara (TPTU). Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu 3 (tiga) hari mulai tanggal 10 sampai dengan 12 Oktober 2018 dengan materi mengacu pada materi pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 Sistem dan Instalasi Refrigerasi I. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, maka diharapakan para Guru TPTU dapat mengimplementasikan pengetahuan dan keterampilannya untuk meningkatkan pengajaran berbasis kurikulum 2013 serta merawat peralatan sistem pendingin yang ada di Ruang Praktik Kerja dan Bengkel Program Studi Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara. Selain itu,  para siswa/i mampu memahami dan memperkaya pengetahuan yang dimilikinya sebagai persiapan dalam menghadapi program magang serta sertifikasi ahli refrigerasi tingkat I di LSP SMK Negeri 3 Pariaman Sumatera Barat.
