Rinoseptoplastía en pacientes fisurados
RESUMENLa fisura labiopalatina es una malformación congénita frecuente de etiología multifactorial. Entre las alteraciones que deben ser corregidas se encuentran aquellas relacionadas con la malformación nasolabial.En esta revisión bibliográfica se aborda la clasificación de esta malformación, la anatomía quirúrgica del paciente fisurado, la ortopedia prequirúrgica (uno de los mayores avances en el último tiempo), las técnicas actualmente utilizadas y el manejo posquirúrgico.
ABSTRACTThe cleft lip and palate is a common congenital malformation describe as a multifactorial pathology. Various structures must be corrected, including those related with the lip and nose.This review describe this malformation, its classification, the surgical anatomy in the cleft lip and palate infant, presurgical orthopedics (an important progress in the last years) the techniques actually used and the postsurgical managing.
