This article discusses the analysis of customer loyalty using three data mining methods: C4.5,Naive Bayes, and Nearest Neighbor Algorithms and real-world empirical data. The data contain ten attributes related to the customer loyalty and are obtained from a national multimedia company in Indonesia. The dataset contains 2269 records. The study also evaluates the effects of the size of the training data to the accuracy of the classification. The results suggest that C4.5 algorithm produces highest classification accuracy at the order of 81% followed by the methods of Naive Bayes 76% and Nearest Neighbor 55%. In addition, the numerical evaluation also suggests that the proportion of 80% is optimal for the training set.

The reason for choosing this website is because it is based on the ranking of the most frequently visited e-commerce websites on the iprice.co.id site. To find out the website is frequently visited, one of them is how attractive the interface of the website is to find out the truth, there are many methods used, one of which is the Heuristic Evaluation method. This method is used because this method has indicators that facilitate the analysis process. The results of this study can be seen that the criteria tested based on the Heuristic principle have all received a good response or agreed from the respondents and with these results for further research it can be increased to the maximum value.
This system is designed to help customers find electronic service centers were spread in Tangerang. The distribution of electronic service center makes it difficult for users to determine the right electronic service center. Sometimes customers don’t know the results of repairs from the electronic service center. Search for electronic service center on the system is using the Haversine method. Haversine is used to calculate the distance between the position of the customer and the position of the electronic service centers. In addition to Haversine, the search for electronic service center will be adjusted to the type of goods you want to repair and rating from the results of the performance electronic service center. In this system, the customer can choose the damage diagnosis available and the customer can also make a special order by describing the customer's damage. This system was tested using Black Box Testing with Boundary Value Analysis technique, based on the results of testing the system can use data with a success percentage of 96.66%. The system is tested with User Acceptance Testing to find out how much the level of user acceptance of the system designed, and the result is 75% of users agree with the system.

Sekolah Tinggi Teknik Musi (STT Musi) is an educational institution in the city of Palembang are already using the IS / IT in its operations , but to do the planning and management of IS / IT is aligned with business strategy and vision is still not optimum . Therefore, to optimize the use of IS / IT is right that supports the business strategy and vision and also to improve the business strategy in the future in line with the vision and mission planning needed SI / IT is mature . Therefore this study will result in a strategic planning model of IS / IT in accordance with the business strategy and vision of the STT Musi . This plan will use the methodology proposed by Tozer and the expected results of this study will address the needs of strategic planning model SI / IT from STT Musi which has been much needed in the face of a very high level of competition at this time with the achievement of measurable results and comprehensive.
