Forensic and pharmaceutical study of the illegal circulation of falsified (counterfeit, surrogate, counterfeit, modified) alcoholic beverages was conducted within the framework of interdisciplinary organizational and legal, criminal and legal, forensic, clinical and pharmacological, forensic and medical research. It was substantiated that the illegal circulation of falsified alcoholic beverages harms the country's budget, the lives and health of citizens. Forensic-pharmaceutical practice regarding illegal circulation and medico-pharmaceutical consequences of consuming falsified alcoholic beverages is analyzed. Excise tax rates for alcoholic and low-alcohol beverages have been worked out. Normative initiatives have been developed and directions for the implementation of the anti-alcohol policy in the state have been proposed.
