AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan pengaruh latihan ladder drills in out dan latihan ladder drills ickey shuffle terhadap peningkatan kecepatan dan kelincahan pada siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 1 Krian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 1 Krian sebanyak 30 siswa. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan matching only design dengan analisis data menggunakan ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan ladder drills in out berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kecepatan dan kelincahan dan latihan ladder drills ickey shuffle berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kecepatan dan kelincahan. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah latihan ladder drill in out dan ickey shuffle berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kecepatan dan kelincahan.Kata kunci: ladder drills in out, ickey shuffle, kecepatan, kelincahan. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the comparison of the effect of ladder drills in out training and ladder drills ickey shuffle exercises on increasing speed and agility in students of futsal extracurricular activities at SMA 1 Krian. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with a quasiexperimental method. The population in this study were all students who participated in futsal extracurricular activities of SMAN 1 Krian with the number of the subject of 30 students. The design of this study uses only matching design with data analysis using ANOVA. The results showed that the ladder drills in out exercise significantly affected the increase in speed and agility and the ladder drills ickey shuffle exercise had a significant effect on increasing speed and agility. The conclusion of this study was that the ladder drill in out and the ickey shuffle significantly influence speed and agility.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh permainan kecil berdasarkan tingkat motor educability terhadap motivasi dan keterampilan passing permainan futsal. Subjek penelitian adalah ekstrakurikuler SDIT Ghilmani Surabaya sebanyak 64 siswa yang dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok. Kelompok eksperimen berdasarkan tingkat motor educability tinggi dan rendah diberikan latihan permainan kecil attack 1-2-1 dan menjala ikan, kelompok kontrol berdasarkan tingkat motor educability tinggi dan rendah tidak diberikan latihan permainan kecil attack 1-2-1 dan menjala ikan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasi experiment. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan factorial design, serta analisis data menggunakan uji-t dan anova two way. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan skala Likert untuk motivasi belajar dan ketrampilan passing untuk mendapat data pada saat pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data pretest dan posttest dari analisis menggunakan SPSS, masing-masing kelompok yaitu (a) kelompok perlakuan menggunakan permainan kecil berdasarkan motor educability tinggi dan rendah terhadap motivasi belajar diperoleh rerata 06,31% dan untuk passing futsal diperoleh rerata 06,90% dengan sig < 0,05. (b) kelompok kontrol tidak menggunakan permainan kecil berdasarkan motor educability tinggi dan rendah terhadap motivasi belajar diperoleh rerata 01,37% dan untuk passing futsal diperoleh rerata 01,40% dengan sig > 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar dan keterampilan passing futsal untuk kelompok eksperimen setelah diberi perlakuan permainan kecil dilihat dari hasil uji-t, serta pengaruhnya yang signifikan ditunjukan melalui uji anova. Generalisai hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan kecil efektif pada kelompok eksperimen terhadap motivasi belajar dan passing futsal.
This study aims: (1) to determine the effect of rope jump training on increasing leg muscle power and agility; (2) to determine the effect of step-up training on increasing leg muscle power and agility 3) to determine the effect of diagonal cone hops exercises on increasing leg muscle power and agility; and (4) to find out the differences in the effect of pliometric rope jump, step up, and diagonal cone hops exercises on increasing leg muscle power and agility. The sample of this study was 40 students of futsal extracurricular at Firdaus Jembrana High School. This type of research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method. The study design used a pre-test and post-test non-randomized control group, with data analysis using MANOVA. The process of collecting data was to use leg muscle power tests by using jump df and agility tests using the agility T-test during the pre-test and post-test. Then the research data were analyzed using SPSS ver 16.0. It can be concluded that there is an increase in limb muscle power and agility for each group after being given training with a significant value <0.05 in the paired sample t-test. Increased limb muscle power by 12% and 1% agility in rope jump training, 5% increase in leg muscle power and 1% agility in step-up exercises, and increased leg muscle power by 8% and 2% agility in diagonal cone hops exercises.
The purpose of this study is to analyze related to the management of sports facilities and infrastructure in the activities of the Provincial Sports Week (Porprov) VII in 2022. This research is qualitative descriptive research with a naturalistic approach. There were 22 people who were the subject of the study consisting of 11 coaches and 11 athletes who competed in the Jember City. Data collection techniques use interview techniques that are conducted offline and online. The interview instrument consists of 10 questions, both for coaches and athletes. Data analysis techniques use thematic analysis that goes through the stages of data reduction, organizing, and interpreting data. The results showed that the feasibility of a good place to compete and, according to mash standards, has not been evenly distributed in the Porprov VII in 2022. Likewise, facilities such as toilets, spectators, warm-up rooms, and special dressing rooms for athletes are still not well available in some sports venues. The conclusion is that the management of sports facilities and infrastructure in the Porprov VII in 2022 is quite good. However, there are still some facilities that need to be equipped and improved eligibility conditions.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh latihan Crocodile Push Up dan Burpee terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan hasil Shooting Handball Mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sumenep. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan quasi experiment dengan rancangan penelitian matching only design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes kekuatan otot lengan melakukan Push Up selama 30 detik, tes hasil Flying Shooting Handball menggunakan skor pada saat pretest dan posttest. Data dianalisis secara statistik dimana uji normalitas, homogenitas, uji-t, dan Anova dikonduksikan menggunakan bantuan SPSS seri 0.22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata posttest 9.200>5.600 dan 1.054>0.625 dari rata-rata pretest. Hal ini menunjukan terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan antara pretest dan posttest terhadap Flying Shoot Shooting Handball yang dipengaruhi oleh perlakuan Crocodile push-up dan burpee terhadap Kekuatan Otot Lengan dah hasil Flying Shoot Shooting handball Mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sumenep. Berdasarkan analisis di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh latihan Crocodile Push-Up dan Burpee terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan hasil Flying Shoot Shooting Handball Mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sumenep
