Studi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti sejauh mana rasio keuangan mempengaruhi return saham pada perusahaan properti, real estate, dan building contruction yang memiliki saham berbasis syariah dan tergabung dalam Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan variabel current ratio, total asset turnover, price earning ratio, dan debt to equity ratio sebagai variabel independen. Hasil penelitian selama tiga tahun diperoleh hasil yang signifikan pada tingkat signifikansi pada kedua variabel independen tersebut terhadap varabel dependennya. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah pembahasan hasil penelitian yang berbeda dengan hasil penelitian terdahulu dan teori yang terkait. Kata kunci: Current Ratio; Debt to Equity Ratio; Price Earning Ratio, Return Saham; Total Asset Turnover

This study aims to determine the current status of lake water quality in the Gelanggang Expo area using the Pollution Index (IP) method. It is found that there has been pollution in Lake Sentani with high concentrations of certain pollutants, such as Nitrite as NO2-N (0.06 - 0.15 mg/L), Phosphate as PO4-P (0.2 - 0.45 mg/L), Sulfide as S-H2S (0.002 - 4.26 mg/L), Cadmium (0.01 - 0.3 mg/L), Chromium valence 6 (0.05 - 0.26 mg/L), Copper (0.02 - 2.15 mg/L), Zinc (0.05 - 0.5 mg/L), Phenolic compounds (1 - 9.53 μg/L), and free chlorine (0.03 - 2, 1 mg/L). The concentration of these substances has exceeded the quality standard set by the government through PP 82 of 2001 concerning water quality management and water pollution control. The status of the lake water quality in the Gelanggang Expo area is declared moderately polluted with an IP value of 6.78. Sentani lake pollution is caused by eight parameters that have exceeded the quality standard, namely temperature, BOD, COD, Sulfide, Pb, Cu, Phenol, and free chlorine.

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the independence of the board of commissioners, audit quality, and firm size on banking profitability both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study is all banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The technique for selecting the sample uses purposive sampling and the number of data samples is 39 data. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements of banking companies obtained from the publications of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study indicate that audit quality has a significant effect on the direction of a positive relationship to profitability. The independence of the board of commissioners and the size of the company have no significant effect on the direction of the negative relationship to profitability.</em></p>

One alternative for environmentally friendly vehicles is wind-powered bikes. This vehicle can reduce air pollution and can be convenient in big cities. The proposed bike is equipped with a distance sensor to sense the safe proximity to nearby obstacles. If the obstacles are below a reasonable distance, the mounted buzzer is active as the warning. This bike uses the wind generated by the 8045 hp dc rotation. The pulse-width (PWM) modulation is used to control a dc engine rotational speed with a fixed value of 155 = low and 255 = high. Fuzzy Logic Controller is used to increasing system effectivity to processes the input from the proximity sensor. The sufficient distance between the bike and the obstacles ahead, right and left, is set to be 1 meter. The PID controller ensures that the dc motor rotations are smooth and steady to ensure that the PWM value is still positive. In order to maintain a stable state Kp = 60, Ki = 4.2, and Kd = 2.9 are set as the appropriate settings for the used PID constants.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the financial performance of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The analysis in this study uses the Du Pont system, namely Net Profit Margin, Total Assets Turn Over and Return On Investment. The data used in this study is sourced from the Balance Sheet and Income Statement. Based on the results, it can be said that PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk and PT Industri Jamu and Pharmacy Sido Muncul Tbk still lack efficiency in managing their assets so that they get a low score on R</em><em>eturn </em><em>O</em><em>n </em><em>I</em><em>nvestment</em><em>, but PT Industri Jamu and Pharmacy Sido Muncul managed to get an N</em><em>et </em><em>P</em><em>rofit </em><em>M</em><em>argin</em><em> value above the average.</em></p>
