Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari semua orang tidak terlepas dari berbagai macam informasi, terutama informasi yang dihasilkan dari sebuah website. Selain dari pemrograman yang handal, resource yang lain seperti webserver juga sangat perlu diperhatikan agar website dapat berjalan dengan baik. Seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan konten dan pengunjung website, maka website sering mengalami crash atau request yang overload. Hal ini dikarenakan masih menerapkan single server untuk menangani website tersebut. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, perlu diterapkan sebuah load balance cluster, dimana beban kerja webserver tersebut dapat didistribusikan ke beberapa node cluster. Algoritma penjadwalan weighted round robin merupakan salah algoritma penjadwalan dimana beban kerja server dapat berjalan seimbang dengan cara memberikan jumlah bobot ke masing-masing node cluster.
Health is something very precious. Maintaining health can be done in many ways, one of them by keeping your diet. The correct diet will keep your immune system so that it can avoid various diseases. The proper diet will also put the body in a balanced nutrition state, which all need to be nourished. Nutrient requirements include calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin A, vitamin B, and vitamin C with a mass of 100 grams each. To facilitate the search for nutrients needed, then build a system that can categorize food based on its nutritional status and calculate the average value of nutrients in agglomerative hierarchical clustering using average linkage. Calculation of intermediate linkage methods produces data that has some similarities to the data sought nutrients that can be seen from its index, so precise data are in each group.
Determination of sales patterns is very important in marketing. Sales pattern serves to conduct an effective analysis in improving marketing. Sales analysis aims to explore new knowledge that can help design effective strategies by utilizing sales transaction data. This study processes sales data for 12 transaction days containing 47 items using the Fp-Growth algorithm. The results of this study are items with a minimum value of support > 0.10 and confidence 0.60 and will be compared with testing data using RapidMiner to test whether the results are valid so that the test results can help in designing sales strategies.
BPJS merupakan salah satu badan Penjaminan Kesehatan yang ada di Indonesia. Jenis BPJS terdiri dari BPJS mandiri, BPJS PPU khusus untuk pekerja diperusahaan, dan BPJS PBI khusus masyarakat yang tidak mampu yang iurannya dibayarkan oleh pemerintah yang diditetapkan dalam APBN. Dari ketiga kategori tersebut jumlah kepesertaan BPJS PBI meningkat dari tahun ke tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi jumlah peserta BPJS PBI pada tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2021 dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Time series Cheng. Fuzzy Time Series Cheng mempunyai cara yang sedikit berbeda dalam penentuan interval, menggunakan Fuzzy Logical Relationship (FLR) dengan memasukkan semua hubungan dan memberikan bobot berdasarkan pada urutan dan perulangan FLR yang sama. Perhitungan akurasi prediksi pada model ini menggunakan MAPE. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh kenaikan peserta BPJS PBI APBN pada tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2021 sebesar 52.071 peserta dengan hasil MAPE 0,97% dan ketepatan hasil prediksi diperoleh sebesar 99,03%.
Tc-MIBI Stability of liquid phase kit Myocardial imagingThe 99m Tc-MIBI radiopharmaceutical has been used in nuclear medicine in Indonesia for myocardial imaging. BATAN researchers have mastered the technology to manufacture MIBI as a liophylized kit. A reformulation of MIBI radiopharmaceutical has been conducted to improve the stability of the kit especially in the liquid-phase kit. Basically, radiopharmaceuticals in liquid form are not different from the dry kit. However in the manufacturing of liquid-phase kit, lyophilization process was not done. To improve the stability of liquid kit, a reformulation of the components was conducted by using two separate vials (Formulation 2) and the characteristics were compared with the one-vial formulation (Formulation 1). The MIBI Formulation 2 consists of two vials, vial A containing 0.06 mg of SnCl 2 2H 2 O and 2.6 mg Sodium Citrate 2H 2 O and vial B containing 0.5 mg of [Cu(MIBI) 4 ]BF 4 , 1 mg of cysteine hydrochloride, and 20 mg of mannitol. The purposes of this study were to determine the stability of two different formulations of MIBI as a liquid-phase kit, to compare their stability in different storage condition such as in refrigerator and freezer, and to compare the ratio of activities attained between target and nontarget organs after injection to animal model. As a diagnostic agent, MIBI was reconstituted with Technetium-99m as radionuclide tracer to 99m Tc-MIBI labeled compound. The radiochemical purity of 99m Tc-MIBI was determined by chromatography method using alumina thin-layer chromatography paper as the stationary phase and ethanol 95% as the mobile phase. The results showed MIBI Formulation 2 has a higher stability than Formulation 1. Formulation 2 also maintained a 96.68% radiochemical purity under 52-day storage and attained a target-to-nontarget activity ratio of 8.22.
