Had al-Kifayah is a standard of living/standard of adequacy to live a decent life in the perspective of Islamic economics. A person with a daily life below the standard of had al-kifayah is included in the category/ asnaf of the poor. This article aims to describe the had al-kifayah indicators as a guide in determining asnaf indigent and poor. This research is a literature study, by looking at the literature from several researchers who highlight from various perspectives and different views. The results of this study indicate that the had al-kifayah indicators consisting of food and drink, clothing, housing, education, health, and vehicles are in accordance with the rules of maqasid ash-shari'ah which can ensure the realization of a decent life. Had al-kifayah does not only look at the amount of income, but also guarantees the fulfillment of indicators for the needs of a decent life so that it can change the status that was initially lacking to become affluent in the future.
Technological developments accompanied by advances in the economy gave rise to various transactions in the community, Islam is a religion that syamil is required to answer problems that have not existed before, one of which is a dropshipping transaction, this thesis discusses how the contract in the dropshipping system is in accordance with Islamic economics, in general Islam allows transactions in muamalah as long as it does not conflict with the principles of muamalah, the dropshipping system is allowed to use a contract known in Islam, namely the salam contract. The purpose of this study is to determine the concept of droshipping in the business world, to identify Dropshipping Transactions in line with the concept of Islamic economics. This research is a field research, with the type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques, with interviews with Dropship actors in Lampung Bukalapak Community. From the data obtained then presented based on analysis. In this case, the composer describes the problem which is then analyzed based on the perspective of Islamic economics. After conducting research, the online trading in dropship is the same as buying and selling contracts so that according to a review of Islamic economics is permitted and valid, unless casually there is a deviation, manipulation, fraud and the like, then casuistics are also applied, namely haram.
