This educational innovation follows the development of the times, where mobile phones become the main electronic tool in the wider community. Researchers develop these innovations by providing general education about chronic kidney failure, nutritional diet and fluid restrictions packed inside an android app. It aims to allow patients to easily access information about chronic renal failure in an increasingly sophisticated technological era. In addition to the information, researchers  also added some additional menus or features of the profile, calculator GFR, daily reminder, UF recordings that help patients to facilitate the recording on the phone. Educational counseling android-based applications for two days ie 15-16 January 2018 in the Hemodialisa unit PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. Respondents were given education as many as 30 people. Umumnya penyakit hipertensi terjadi pada orang yang sudah berusia lebih dari 40 tahun. Penyakit ini biasanya tidak menunjukkan gejala yang nyata dan pada stadium awal belum menimbulkan gangguan yang serius pada kesehatan penderitanya. Hasil riset WHO pada tahun 2007 menetapkan hipertensi pada peringkat tiga sebagai faktor resiko penyebab kematian dunia. Penatalaksanaan penyuluhan kesehatan hipertensi dilakukan sebagai upaya pengurangan resiko naiknya tekanan darah dan pengobatannya. Dalam penatalaksanaan hipertensi upaya yang dilakukan berupa upaya nonfarmakologis (memodifikasi gaya hidup melalui pendidikan kesehatan) dan farmokologis (obat-obatan). Beberapa pola hidup sehat yang dianjurkan oleh banyak guidelines (pedoman) adalah dengan penurunan berat badan, mengurangi asupan garam, olah raga yang dilakukan secara teratur, mengurangi konsumsi alkohol dan berhenti merokok. Salah satu kegiatan untuk menekan penyakit hipertensi yaitu dengan melakukan penyuluhan kesehatan pada lansia. Diharapkan ketika diajarkan edukasi dengan booklet dapat diteruskan oleh petugas kader dan Puskesmas Wilayah Binaan Kelurahan Talang Jambe Palembang untuk menjadi salah satu kegiatan mingguan pada warga binaannya.

Background: Development of CAUTI bundle is very important to evaluate the nurse in implementing nursing practice related to urinary catheter which is one of prevention efforts and risk control of CAUTI. Objective: The purpose of this study is to develop CAUTI bundle that is adjusted to hospital condition in Sejiran Setason Muntok Hospital. Methods: In this study used qualitative method by conducting indepth interview and focus group discussion (FGD). It conducted for 3 weeks in Sejiran Setason Muntok Hospital, the total sample are 22 participants. The result produced the themes that used as the material for the development of the bundle or the observation sheet of CAUTI. Results: There are 10 themes which become material for the development of CAUTI bundle. The CAUTI Bundle consists of bundle components such as indication of urinary catheter insertion, urinary catheter installation must comply with SOP, monitoring of urine output by regularly, emptying urine bag regularly, performing hand hygiene before and after procedure, using masks and handscoons, patients and families must be aware of their role in minimizing the risk of CAUTI. Conclusion: Development of the bundle is very important as one of prevention of CAUTI incident in hospital.   Keyword : Bundle, CAUTI, Development.

Nyeri termasuk dalam pengalaman sensorik dan emosional yang sangat tidak menyenangkan dipicu oleh suatu stimulus pada ujung saraf sensorik. Semua pasien akan merasakan nyeri apabila efek anastesi sudah hilang, karena obat-obatan analgesic yang diberikan pasca operasi bertahan selama 6-8 jam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh terapi dzikir dalam menurun nyeri pada pasien post operasi. Metode penelitan ini mengunakan desain pra-experimental dengan pendekatan (one group pre post test design). Jumlah sampel 38 responden dengan tehnik accidental sampling. Yang diberikan intervensi terapi dzikir. Data dikumpulkan dengan lembar obsevasi dan instrumen penelitian menggunakan mp3 mendengarkan dzikir. Hasil uji statistik dengan Wilcoxon dapat diungkapkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pemberian terapi dzikir dalam menurukan nyeri pada pasien post operasi  dengan hasil p value adalah 0,000.  Ada pengaruh terapi dzikir dalam menurunkan nyeri pada pasien post opersi. Diharapkan pelayanan keperawatan agar melakukan terapi dzikir tersebut dan harapakan kepada pasien dapat melalukan terapi tersebut untuk menurunkan nyeri secara mandiri.
