Female members of the martial arts in Semarang City. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is the Bleep Test. Data analysis used statistical test T-test which was processed with SPSS 16.0 for windows. The results showed a difference of two means it is known that the average VO₂ MAX result during menstruation is 4.89 ml/kg.bb/minute and the average VO₂ MAX result when not menstruating is 5.29 ml/kg.bb/minute. Research conclusions There is a significant difference in the value of VO₂ Max during menstruation and not menstruation in Pencak Silat athletes in Semarang City in 2020. Suggestions for healthy living patterns and habits with balanced nutrition and increasing endurance by exercising regularly and routinely.
The aim of study was to compare the anaerobic capacity of different type sport. The running-based anaerobic capacity test (RAST) were exam to 42 athletes of football (10), sprint (6), takraw (8), volleyball (10) and pencak silat (8). The anova analysis resulted the difference of minimum power (MinP) (p=0.001), maximum power (MaxP) (p=0.000), average power (AvP)(0.000) and fatigue index (FI) (0.008). The post hoc analysis showed no difference anaerobic capacity between athletes of football vs sprinter, football vs pencak silat, football vs takraw and takraw vs pencak silat. The different finding appeared between athlete of volleyball vs the other athletes. and between takraw vs sprint. We concluded that the anaerobic capacity of athletes was specific with the type of sports.
Football is one of the sports with the highest risk of injury, with injuries to children around 3% per year with serious injuries occurring at only 0.69% per year. The objective of the study is to investigate the application of FIFA 11+ Kids in minimizing sports injuries in youth football through enhancement components of physical condition, namely, leg muscle power and muscle flexibility. This study is an quasi-experimental research by using a pre-test - post-test control group design. The sample in this study are 20 people, divided into control and treatment groups. In this study, the sample is determined using a purposive sampling technique, with the following inclusion criteria: 1) male, 2) 11-12 years old, 3) practicing football regularly, 3) willing to be a research sample. In contrast, the criteria exclusion is experienced injured and unwilling to be a research sample. The distribution of control and treatment groups using matching subject ABBA technique. Instruments used in this research are the standing broad jump test to measure leg muscle power and sit and reach test to measure muscle flexibility. The data analysis is a t-test regression analysis with a level of 5% significance. This study found that the application of FIFA 11+ Kids can be used as a method to minimize sports injuries in youth football. The limitation of this study is that the sample is limited to only 20 children. This research is important because it contributes to the science of football coaching in terms of preventing injuries to children. Future research is expected to thoroughly examine the components of other physical conditions related to injury prevention, and use a larger sample from various age groups of soccer school students.
Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisa efek akut asam amino sitrulin alami terhadap kekuatan otot. Metode penelitian dengan desain -post test controlled group design. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiwa IKOR FIK dibagi secara acak menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok sitrulin. Perlakuan pada kelompok sitrulin berupa pemberian jus semangka 428 ml (600-700 g daging buah semangka) kandungan sitrulin sebesar 1 mg. sedang pada kelompok control diberikan placebo yaitu air sirup. Jus semangka ataupun air sirup diberikan 60 menit sebelum dilakukan tes kekuatan otot yaitu kekuatan otot tungkai, punggung, bahu dan genggam tangan dengan menggunakan Dynamometer. Data dianalisis diuji T-test dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian: rerata kekuatan otot total diperoleh dari hasil penjumalahan kekuatan otot punggung, tungkai, bahu, genggam tangan. Retata kekuatan otot total kelompok kontrol 362,98±87,26 kg, kelompok perlakuan critrulline alami (semangka) 378,46±128,23, p=0,782. Human body parts were not easy to remember and learn in anatomy. The purpose of this study was to facilitate student, teacher, and scientist to learn anatomical human body used technology based on Augment Reality. Augment Reality Human Anatomy (ARMY) was a Research and Development study. Total participant in the small test was 10 participants, and the field test was 40 participants. All participants were agreed and full fill the inform consent before did the test. Total questions were 30 and divided into three items; knowledge of anatomy, knowledge of ARMY, and Implementation of ARMY use. The results of the knowledge of anatomy were 28.1 in moderate knowledgeable, the knowledge of ARMY was 37.7 in high knowledgeable, and the implementation of ARMY use was 40.3 in high knowledgeable for the small test. The field test results showed the knowledge of anatomy 32.8 in high knowledgeable, knowledgeable of ARMY found 38.9 in high knowledgeable and the Implementation of ARMY use showed 41.3. The differences between small test and field test showed that there was an improvement in learning and understanding of anatomy knowledge. ARMY facilitated learning media to introduce the human body part using technology and can be used as one of the solutions for people to learn anatomy.
