concerning Implementation of Risk Management for Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) and Sharia Business Units (UUS), and the solutions provided to the risks that occur at BSM KCP Bogor Jalan Baru. This study uses a qualitative approach, with the type of qualitative descriptive research. The data used in this study were obtained from observations at the research site, direct interviews with relevant sources at BSM KCP Bogor Jalan Baru. The results of this research show: First, the application of risk management for gold installment financing products at BSM KCP Bogor Jalan Baru is carried out in 4 stages, namely: identification, measurement, monitoring, and risk control. Second, the implementation of risk management carried out by BSM KCP Bogor Jalan Baru is in accordance with POJK Number 65/POJK.03/2016. Third, the highest risk that occurs in gold installment financing products is credit or financing risk, so the solution is that banks must pay more attention to the risk identification stage, especially analysis on the 5C aspect.

The analysis of Article 51 PP 24/1997 explains the registration of the transfer of rights as yet there is no inheritance distribution, so that the inheritance is still in joint ownership, when the right holders agree to share their rights into the rights of each right holder then inheritance based on a joint rights deed made by PPAT. Article 111 paragraph (4) and paragraph 5 PMNA / KBN 3/1997 explain that at the time of registration of the transfer of rights if the heirs agree to give rights to inherited land to one person, it can be proven by deed of deed in the form of deed Notary or in the form deed under the hand. Implementation in Bukittinggi, registration of the transfer of rights cannot use the deed of distribution of inheritance which is carried out in conjunction with the process of inheritance but must be based on the deed of distribution of joint rights made by PPAT. The research issue raised in this article is to find out how the drafting of sharing of joint rights in the transfer of land due to inheritance? how is the distribution of inheritance to land as a joint asset in the family? The approach used by researchers is an Empirical Juridical approach. The results showed that the sharing of shared rights was made with a joint deed of rights distribution by PPAT with due observance to the provisions of Article 51 of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997. Distribution of inheritance to land as shared assets in the family in the city of Bukittinggi was based on an agreement between the heirs to give up their rights-however, as to who the heirs are entitled to, the land is based on the Civil Code applicable to the testator.

Guru dan orang tua memiliki peran yang paling penting dalam memfasilitasi perkembangan peserta didik. Di dalam sekolah guru sebagai peran utama dalam menerapkan program-program pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan baik disekolah maupun pemerintah, oleh karena itu guru memiliki peran penting dalam mewujudkan tujuan belajar. Guru membimbing dan mendidik peserta didik untuk menghadapi dunia. Guru sebagai fasilitator diharapkan mampu berinteraksi dengan baik kepada peserta didik serta memiliki pemahaman dan kemampuan tentang peserta didik. Di rumah pun orang tua harus mendukung minat bakat anaknya untuk menumbuh kembang bakat-bakat yang ada didalam anak tersebut karena di rumahlah orang tua dapat memantau anak dalam belajar ataupun minat yang nampak pada diri anaknya. Sehingga guru dan orang tua harus memiliki hubungan yang sangat baik untuk meningkatkan dan memfasilitasi perkembangan peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran orang tua dalam memfasilitasi perkembangan peserta didik. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif.
