Purpose. The purpose is to assemble the list of the most important requirements and opportunities of process innovation through the analysis of the main and most recent scholarly developments related to the study of process innovation. Design/Method/Approach. Systematic literature review. Theoretical implications. In outlining the requirements and opportunities of process innovation, this article builds a foundation for understanding process innovation and an introduction to terms and ideas related to process innovation. From such foundation, scholars can further develop the study of process innovation and the understanding of the main factors that contribute to its success. Practical implication. Process innovation is linked to a high failure rate (between 50% - 80%), which acts as a deterrent for many managers and companies. Through understanding the requirements and opportunities of process innovation, managers can intelligently decide whether it is best for their company to pursue or avoid process innovation. Originality/Value. Articles have shared, in small parts, the requirements and opportunities of process innovation, but this article is original due its listing of the most important requirements and opportunities of process innovation. Research limitations/Future research. This article shares the requirements and opportunities of process innovation, but it does not rank or list either the requirements or opportunities based on their importance to process innovation. Additionally, this article does not quantitatively assess the requirements and opportunities importance to process innovation. Future research can rank the requirements and opportunities of process innovation based on their contribution to the success and/or failure of process innovation within a firm or an industry. Paper type – conceptual.
For a sample of 75 female senior nursing students, responses to the need scales of the Adjective Check List (ACL) were correlated with Total P Scores from the Tennessee Self-Concept Scale. The measure of self-esteem exhibited statistically significant correlation coefficients of .30 ( p < .02), .39 ( p < .01), and .34 ( p < .01) with the ACL scales of Endurance, Nurturance, and Affiliation. Statistically significant negative coefficients of -.31 ( p < .01), and -.51 ( p < .01) were found for the ACL scales of Aggression and Succorance.

The following checklists have been prepared as an example of easy reference guides that can be used when undertaking access audits. The questions identified here are the more general issues of the type that should always be considered in an audit. There may well be others that also need to be considered in individual situations. Checklists such as the ones described here should only be used as an 'aide mémoire', a method of recording information and a way of highlighting issues. They should never be used as the sole method of reporting on access issues to a client. How to use the checklists When using the checklist, circle the response in the √ column for yes or in the × column for no. If the question contains the words 'if any' and none is provided, do not respond to the question. Only respond to one of the questions posed in those which offer an OR response. Respond to both questions for those which offer an AND response. Sometimes you are simply asked to circle the × if something exists. That is because there is an access issue that needs to be considered and further information is given in the Manual, in the current versions of BS 8300, or the Approved Documents to Parts M or K of the Building Regulations. If one of the items described in the checklist achieves an ×, then issues will need to be addressed and, probably, some work needs to be carried out.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
