The article is devoted to problems of creation of comfortable microclimate. Identifi es sources of pollution, completed their evaluation. Special att ention is paid to the selection of environmentally friendly building materials. In the production of building materials where toxic components can be industrial waste, replacing natural raw materials and chemical additives regulating the properties. In the operation of many building materials, especially those based on polymers, it is necessary to control the release of toxic substances resulting from degradation. For the assessment of comfort and environmental safety of housing is offered to create «Passports of residential buildings», which should be provided with information about construction materials used to evaluate this parameter, environmental home safety, including chemical safety as its component.
The article is devoted to the problem of creating rational and efficient systems of waste disposal and waste disposal in modern cities and is considered as part of the global problem of rational consumption of the planet's material resources. The relevance of the development of modern methods for the collection and disposal of waste is due to the catastrophic pace of their increase on a global scale and the obvious irrationality of their burial and incineration. The advantages and disadvantages of traditional and modern improved waste disposal systems for buildings are considered. Conclusions are drawn about the need to form a systematic approach to the disposal of municipal solid waste, as well as the need to create and widely introduce modern waste disposal systems into the practice of urban construction. The introduction of such systems can be interpreted as one of the steps towards rational environmental management.
The article is devoted to the justifi cation of the use of light concrete for the production of enclosing structures that create a comfortable microclimate in the premises. Ways to expand the scope of light concrete application by introducing a material of a fused structure without a fi ne aggregate are proposed. The article substantiates the scientifi c hypothesis that the use of various types of air-entrapping surfactants will create a promising material, the numerous advantages of which allow us to consider it a worthy alternative to multilayer structures.
The article presents the author’s systematization of the requirements for modern comfortable urban housing in the Russian Federation. Particular attention is paid to compliance with the principle of environmental safety of home. This is a worldwide trend related to the increase in public attention to various factors associated with environmental protection issues and toughening requirements for environmental friendliness and energy efficiency. Promising areas and trends in the development of the concept of comfort of urban housing are given.
