A non-governmental organization (Community Base Organization, CBO) plays a significant role in managing resources or regional community-based services. This study determines the factors influencing the respondents' willingness to join CBO methane gas (biogas) for green energy in Mulyorejo Urban village and Karangnongko villages in Malang City and Malang Regency, respectively. Variables were determined using a logistic regression model. The chances of respondents' willingness to join were assessed through a probability analysis. This created a scenario with the highest likelihood of willingness. The results showed that the chances of the respondents entering Mulyorejo urban village could reach 99 % when factors such as employment, methane gas benefits, finance, education, as well as invitations from family, friends, neighbors, and government were involved. Also, the chances of respondents joining CBO methane gas in Karangnongko Village reached 99% when factors such as methane gas benefits, finance, social participation, as well as invitations from family, friends, neighbors, and government were involved.
There are still many people, especially teenagers who have not realized the importance of having financial management in their personal lives. Now is the right moment for students to start learning to invest. Al-Ihsan Vocational High School West Jakarta is one of the Vocational Schools in the City of Jakarta. As one of the vocational high schools in the city of Jakarta, Al-Ihsan Jakarta Vocational School has the same role as other vocational schools, namely to prepare students to be competent in the chosen field of study. Almost all students at the Al-Ihsan Vocational School in West Jakarta do not understand comprehensively about financial investment, especially mutual fund investment through online. This is what encourages the provision of financial investment education and training. The training is carried out in community service activities in the form of education and training. Financial investment education and training can provide benefits for Al-Ihsan Vocational School students in increasing knowledge and understanding in investing, especially as novice investors with limited funds. Overall, the trainees understood the material presented and were able to try out mutual fund investment applications. The atmosphere of the activity was very conducive and participants were actively discussing. Participants stated that they were very satisfied with the activities held and hoped that similar activities would be held again with different themes.
Sukamulya Hamlet, Anggadita Village is one of the hamlets located in Klari District, Karawang Regency, West Java. Anggadita Village is located in a densely industrial and residential area so it is very arid. The density of settlements around the village of Anggadita Karawang and the lack of land that can be used to plant crops is a problem of the lack of interest of residents to plant. Hydroponic cultivation is a solution to the problem of limited land for the residents of Anggadita Village, Karawang. By providing training to residents it is hoped that residents around the village of Anggadita Karawang can continue to increase their hydroponic plant production so that the production of their hydroponic plants can be increased and can be consumed by themselves so that household expenses can be saved. The method used is training in how to plant and care for plants by applying fertilizers so that the yield of hydroponic plants is increasing. The training was carried out by practicing how to plant hydroponics, followed by visits to the homes of residents to evaluate the growth of the plants.
The Indonesian Government's regulation regarding Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) has limited interaction and communication during the COVID 19 pandemic. In Indonesia, the location is separated two zones during the COVID 19 pandemic, namely red zones and green zones. The red zone is defined as an area where there are significant number of COVID 19 cases. Meanwhile green zone is an area where there are not significant number of COVID 19 cases. Eid al-Adha is a Muslim holiday that is identical to the slaughter of sacrificial animals (cows or goats). There have been changes in consumer behaviour related to the qurban animal purchasing system during the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the change of consumer behaviour in qurban purchase system and to develop the marketing strategic during the COVID 19 pandemic to minimize the risk. The survey method using online questionnaires was chosen to collect data from 100 respondents. Analysis using descriptive cross-tabulation, and SWOT analysis. The results showed that there was a change in the behaviour of the qurban animal buying system in two different zones, namely the red zone and the green zone. Most of the consumers in the red zone have shifted to buy qurban animals online, while in the green zone there has not been too much change in the shift of buying from offline to online systems. The marketing strategic for business are they can use the digital platform for selling their product.
This study aims to analyze the effect of work quality and employee competence, individually and collectively, on the professionalism of human resources at the Planning and Finance Bureau of the Ministry of Defense. The research method uses a correlational survey with a quantitative approach; the sampling technique is simple random sampling, namely simple random sampling. The population in this study were employees, as many as 78 people. In contrast, the sample in this study was 65 respondents, with the percentage of inaccuracy determined to be as much as 5%. The results showed that: a) quality of work on the professionalism of human resources had a strong and significant positive influence with the results of a correlation coefficient of 58.6%, while other factors and tests influenced the remaining 41.4%. Significant (t-test) tcount 9,439 > ttable 2,000; b) employee competence on the human resource professionals has a strong and significant positive influence with the results of a correlation coefficient of 57.6% while the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other factors and significant test (t-test) tcount 9,247 > ttable 2,000; c) work quality and employee competence together on the professionalism of human resources has a strong and significant positive influence with a correlation coefficient of 61.8% while the remaining 38.2% influenced by other factors and significant test (F test) Fcount 50,073 > Ftable 3,15. The implication of this research is the importance of work quality and employee competence in increasing the professionalism of human resources in the Planning and Finance Bureau of the Ministry of Defence.
