Abstract. This study aims to determine whether work-life balance and burnout have an influence in increasing job satisfaction for female employees at PT. Telecommunications Indonesia Graha Merah Putih Bandung city. In an effort to increase job satisfaction, there are several factors that are thought to be influential, two of which are work life balance and burnout that can be experienced by male and female employees. For female employees Not only lack of time for themselves, but also they have to put aside their health because of the many activities.The method used is descriptive and verification with a sample of 59 respondents consisting of female employees of PT. GMP Telecommunications in Bandung. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS ver program. 25. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, it shows that work life balance is included in the high category, burnout is included in the low category and employee job satisfaction is included in the high category. The results of multiple linear regression test show that work life balance and burnout have a significant and significant effect on employee job satisfaction by 65.3%.Keywords: Burnout, Human Resources, Job Satisfaction, and Work Life Balance. Abstrak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah work-life balance dan burnoutmemiliki pengaruh dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan wanita di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Graha Merah Putih kota Bandung. Dalam upaya peningkatan kepuasan kerja ada beberapa faktor yang diduga berpengaruh yakni dua diantaranya adalah work life balance dan burnout yang bisa dialami oleh karyawan pria maupun wanita. Teruntuk karyawan wanita Bukan hanya kekurangan waktu untuk dirinya sendiri, tetapi juga mereka harus mengesampingkan kesehatan karena banyaknya aktivitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan sampel 59 responden yang terdiri dari karyawan wanita PT. Telekomunikasi GMP kota Bandung. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS ver. 25. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan work life balance termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi, burnout termasuk kedalam kategori rendah dan kepuasan kerja karyawan termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi. Hasil uji regresi linier berganda menunjukan bahwa work life balance dan burnout berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan sebesar 65,3%. Kata Kunci: Kejenuhan, Kepuasan Kerja, Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, dan Sumber Daya Manusia.
Taxes are an obligation that is inherent in every individual who meets the requirements as a taxpayer. The government collects taxes as a separate levy in accordance with regulations and as part of the role of taxpayers in fulfilling tax obligations to support national development. The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the contribution of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) in increasing the Regional Original Revenue (PAD) OF Magelang City from 2018 – 2021. The method used in this study is quantitative method using secondary data obtained from the official website of Magelang City and Central Java BPS. The results of this study show that the average target and realization of Magelang City’s PAD always increase from year to year over the last five years from 2017 – 2021. The average growth rate of motor vehicle tax in Magelang City for four yearfrom 2019 – 2022 is 12,71%, while the average contribution of motor vehicle tax over five years is 7,35%. In 2018, the contribution was 0,029% and in 2019 it was 0,089%. This research is expected to provide input for local government on the importance of collecting motor vehicle taxes to increase the Regional Original Revenue (PAD) of Magelang City.
