UNIKOM merupakan perguruan tinggi yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia, yang memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi berupa layanan sistem informasi. UNIKOM menggunakan sistem informasi untuk membantu berjalannya proses akademik, terutama dalam pengolahan data yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan perkuliahan. Sistem informasi merupakan salah satu program studi yang cukup besar yang ada di UNIKOM. Sebagai program studi yang cukup besar, program studi sistem informasi memiliki mahasiswa cukup banyak untuk setiap angkatan. Pada prodi sistem informasi mahasiswa semester 6 wajib melakukan pemilihan konsentrasi matakuliah, akan tetapi mahasiswa merasa cukup kesulitan dalam melakukan pemilihan konsentrasi mata kuliah, bahkan dosen wali kesulitan dalam memberikan rekomendasi pilihan konsentrasi mata kuliah kepada mahasiswanya. Oleh karena itu, akan dilakukan penelitian mengenai pemilihan konsentrasi matakuliah, dengan menggunakan naïve bayes. Dengan menggunakan naïve bayes diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomnedasi pemilihan konsentrasi mata kuliah baik untuk mahasiswa maupun dosen wali. Penggunaan naïve bayes classifier, dikarenakan naïve bayes classifier merupakan metode yang mudah dipahami dan cukup sederhana.
The purpose of this research is to further improve the design of the project management information. PT. XYZ is a company located in Kiarapayung, West Bandung, Indonesia. This company is engaged in services in the procurement of building construction or road construction. The company has not used an integrated information system in the management of project data, companies have difficulty in managing both transaction data and create reports. Information system aims to support operations, management, and decisionmaking [1]. Data that has not been integrated has resulted in difficulties in managing reports, and has made it difficult to process the salary of workers who are involved in ongoing project implementation which needs a management information system to help the project data so that data management and report generation can be easily created, because the data is already integrated with the database. It can be concluded from the problems described earlier that the company needed a data management information system project. Object-oriented approach method and prototype system development method were used for this study. The result is that project management system can improve the process of managing data more easily and quickly.
To maintain good quality furniture, companies need to monitor the production process. The purpose of this research is to design a website-based information system that can assist companies in monitoring the furniture production process following procedures and standards. The system development method used in this research was the prototype method and the system approach method used object-oriented. The results of this research are that companies can see the design of a monitoring system in the form of a prototype that has been adjusted to the user wants. Also, the design of this monitoring information system helps the company to find out the best quality raw material data, estimated production process completion following the specified schedule, and checks at each stage of the production process following company procedures and standards. So that the production of furniture produced by the company has high quality and following the needs of the domestic and foreign markets.
Pembatasan pelaksanaan ibadah haji dan umrah akibat pandemi covid-19, serta semakin lamanya masa tunggu ibadah haji telah meningkatkan minat masyarakat dalam melaksanakan ibadah umrah. Ibadah umrah dapat dilaksanakan kapan saja, tidak seperti ibadah haji yang harus menunggu musim haji. Hal ini membuat perusahaan jasa penukaran uang riyal selalu ramai dikunjungi calon jamaah umrah untuk melakukan penukaran uang rupiah ke mata uang riyal sebagai bekal untuk melakukan berbagai transaksi di tanah suci. Pembangunan e-Exchange Riyals sebagai sistem informasi bertujuan membantu konsumen dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai berbagai layanan penukaran uang seperti paket penukaran uang, informasi kurs mata uang ter-update, perhitungan penukaran uang, dan transaksi penukaran uang secara online tanpa harus menunggu lama di counter penukaran uang riyal. Selain itu, pembangunan aplikasi e-Exchange Riyals membantu perusahaan dalam meng-update nilai kurs mata uang dan mengetahui ketersediaan pecahan uang riyal. Hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan pelayanan perusahaan kepada konsumen. Perusahaan juga bisa mendapatkan berbagai laporan transaksi dengan cepat dan mudah. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Waterfall dengan metode pendekatan terstruktur. Perangkat lunak dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Black-box testing digunakan sebagai metode pengujian dan menunjukkan bahwa e-Exchange Riyals secara fungsional berjalan sesuai dengan keluaran yang dikehendaki.
