Indonesia as a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, is inseparable from the existence of mosques. The mosque, as a place of worship for Muslims, should function properly, therefore the surrounding environment can benefit from it. Currently, mosques are starting to use website as a representation that describes the characteristics of mosques as well as a source of information for worshippers and the general public. One of the mosques initiated implementing the website is the Abdullah Permata Jingga Mosque. However, in the use of the Abdullah Permata Jingga Mosque website, it found a problem with the interface that had an impact in the form of information conveyed was very limited to be accessed by its users. Based on these problems, an analysis and development of the website interface was carried out with aims to design an interface that can meet user needs. The method used to process data is with a User Centered Design approach. In testing the usability of the frontend interface solution design of the Abdullah Permata Jingga Mosque website, it was carried out using the heuristic evaluation method. Heuristics are evaluate 10 aspects of the principle of usability in the user interface. The results of the evaluation obtained 8 aspects of the principle with the category of "Very High" usability results. These results show that the user interface design solution of the Abdullah Permata Jingga Mosque is in accordance with user needs.
Visual simulation is expected to provide simulation results with a view that allows the students to see and feel like doing the practice of creating a control system. Software control system simulation applications are expected not only easy to use but also interactive to the needs of the computer specifications used are not too sophisticated. In this study the computer based control system course teaching was designed using the combination of an electronics control plant and control system simulation which is called nontraditional control system course teaching. The modelling simulation software application is a solution to see the performance of the controlled system which was developed to implement a control system which is light and easy-to-operate.
AbstrakIkan hias air tawar merupakan salah satu unggulan Kabupaten Tulungagung dimana ikan air tawar diusahakan di kolam sekitar rumah. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh dua Mitra dalam program ini adalah pertumbuhan ikan yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas air dan kondisi sirkulasi air. Sedangkan masalah pasca panen adalah saat karantina di akuarium membutuhkan regulasi kadar oksigen terlarut, sirkulasi, dan suhu. Kegiatan pelayanan masyarakat ini menggunakan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi untuk pendekatan masyarakat (IbM). Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah: 1) memberikan penyuluhan; 2) pemasangan teknologi tepat guna (TTG) ke dua mitra berupa pengelolaan listrik kolam dengan pemasangan pemasangan sistem kelistrikan lengkap dengan generator cadangan; dan 3) pelatihan penggunaan TTG. Hasil kegiatan IbM ternyata berdampak positif bagi peternak ikan hias air tawar karena telah menurunkan jumlah kematian ikan, yang berarti meningkatkan pendapatan kedua mitra.

The main problems faced by two Partners in this program is the growth of fish are strongly influenced by water quality and water circulation conditions. While the problems in post-harvest is that when quarantine in the aquarium requires regulation of dissolved oxygen levels, circulation, and temperature. This community service activity using a science and technology for society approach (IbM). The method of implementation of this activity are: 1) providing counseling; 2) the installation of appropriate technology (TTG) to the two partners in the form of pond's electricity management with setup installation of electrical system complete with backup generator; and 3) training on the use of TTG. The results of IbM's activities turned out to have a positive impact for freshwater fish farmers because it has decreased the number of fish mortality, which means increasing the income of the two partners.
