Trichostasis spinulosa (TS) is very common yet unrecognized disorder of the hair follicle. Usually occurring on the mid-face, especially on the nose, TS occurs more commonly in young, adult dark skinned women. Here, we present a case of TS at an unusual site diagnosed on the basis of history, hair mount, dermoscopy, and histopathology.

Leprosy complicated by hepatitis is one condition wherein the usual multidrug therapy cannot be used and alternate regimens are required. The World Health Organization and the Indian Association of Leprologists have recommended an alternative combination therapy of clarithromycin, ofloxacin, and clofazimine to be prescribed in such cases. However, in some cases, this combination therapy may fail to control or worsen the hepatitis. One such case of leprosy, complicated by hepatitis, who did not tolerate the recommended hepatosafe regimen was successfully treated with monthly rifampicin, ofloxacin, and minocycline, and is hence reported.

Mycosis fungoides (MF) is the commonest form of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Many clinical subtypes and variants of MF have been described, one of which is poikilodermatous MF variant. Erosions and bullous lesions in a patient with poikilodermatous MF is a rare presentation. We present one such rare case of poikilodermatous MF with erosive lesions in a 40-year-old male.
