This study aims to determine the mixture of Pine Flowers using the Marshall method, and to determine the optimum asphalt content produced in concrete asphalt mixture with Pine Flower fillers, reviewed from the Marshall reserves, flow, VIM (voids In Mix), VMA (Void In Mineral ) Aggregate), VFB (Void Filled Bitumen), and Marshall quotient (MQ).The concrete asphalt mixture method in this study used AC 60/70 oil asphalt. This study consisted of 5 samples, each using different asphalt levels, namely: 5%, 5.5%, 6%, 6.5%, 7%. With each sample consisting of 3 variants of sample specimens. This research was conducted at the Technical Laboratory, the university attended. The stages of the study included coarse aggregate of the solid rock held by filter no. 8 (2.36mm), fine aggregate with brantas river sand passes the no. 8 (2.36mm), and fillers use pine ashes by passing filter no. 200 (0.075mm).The results of this study about Marshall characteristics obtained Optimal Asphalt levels of 6.5% with a mean Stability value of 1417, a mean Flow value of 3.6 mm, a mean value of VIM (voids In Mix) 4.11%, a mean value of VMA (Void In Mineral Aggregate 16.69%, VFB (Void Filled Bitumen) mean value 73.57%, and Marshall quotient (MQ) mean value 314 kg / mm. Keywords: Concrete Asphalt, Marshall Method, Pine Flowers
AbstrakAlong with the development of technology today many types of materials and mixtures are used. This study used concrete K-225 jobmix and carried out the addition of coconut fiber as an addition to coarse aggregate and Fly ash as cement enhancer.Jobmix variations of concrete are 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40%. The number of test specimens from each variation was made 3 pieces of specimens in the form of cubes 15 x 15 x 15 cm, testing the specimens was carried out at the age of 28 days. By testing compressive strength and absorption. The results showed that the average compressive strength of concrete in each variation was 0% (2800 kg / cm2), 10% (2520 kg / cm2), 20% (2016 kg / cm2), 30% (1411 kg / cm2) and 40% (846 kg / cm2). From the average - compressive strength of concrete in each variation data obtained that the value of compressive strength of concrete with a variation of 10% is equal to the average value of compressive strength K-225. The optimum percentage of coconut fiber fibers in the compressive strength of concrete at a variation of 10% with the conversion results of 260 kg / cm3 reaching k-225 quality. Absorption test with addition of coconut fiber fibers and Fly ash in each variation with an average of ¼ hour (0.101 ml), 1 hour (0.046 ml), 4 hours (0.016 ml), and 24 hours (0.037 ml) Keywords: Compressive Strength, Absorption, Coconut Fiber, Fly ash.

AbstrakRoad damage has become a common problem commonly faced, in almost every area has a damaged road. Some of the causes of road damage in some areas are: poor road quality, inadequate drainage conditions. Therefore, it needs serious handling in reacting it, until finally this research was born to become an alternative in handling damaged roads that are in accordance with the requirements of the clan community. The research method used is an experimental method in the laboratory. The performance of asphalt mixture is determined based on the carrying capacity of the mixture based on stability and volumetric parameters with the Marshall method (SNI 06-2489-1991) with 3 samples of asphalt content 5%, 5.5%, 6%, 6.5%, 7%. The use of limestone as a hot mix material for almost all Bina Marga requirements is fulfilled. With the results of the average calculation of 3 samples, namely: VMA 18.06%, VIM 5.98, VFB 66.32%, Stability 1059 kg, Flow 2.86 mm, MQ 367 kg / mm. KAO results obtained at 6.5%. Keywords: Limestone, Volumetric, Marshall Test
