Bean is an important leguminous plant in brazilian population's nourishment, it's the principal source of energy and protein on national's diet. In the agriculture production, Brazil occupies the second place as a producer and it's one of the biggest world's bean consumer. It's production generates millions of direct and indirect employments. Because of the facts that there is no studies about the bean's vegetal classification that is commercialized in Federal District and having the necessity of subsidize the Ministério da Agricultura, Pecuária e Abastecimento (MAPA) with concret and actual data if the bean's quality follows or not the established official standards, this study is necessary. With the obtained data opinions about procediments and strategies for fiscalization, changes in in the quality's standards of the products and resources's alocation may be suggested.
