Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi kelompok tim produksi program Popnews di KompasTV? Bagaimana sistem eksternal dan sistem internal komunikasi kelompok yang Popnews di KompasTV lakukan? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data diperoleh dari pengamatan langsung (observasi) dan wawancara mendalam terhadap informan. Data diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi dari berbagai media, baik cetak maupun daring. Penelitian akan melihat tiga unsur penting dalam komunikasi kelompok George C. Homans adalah semua hal kegiatan, interaksi dan perasaan yang dilakukan oleh anggota tim produksi program Popnews di KompasTV. Unsur kegiatan yang mereka lakukan mencakup komunikasi kelompok yang dilakukan dari tahap pra, produksi, sampai pascaproduksi.
Communication is a basic human activity. By communicating, humans can relate to each other both in daily life at home, at work, in the market, in society or wherever humans are. There is no human being who will not engage in communication. Communication is very important for human life. The development of human knowledge from day to day because of communication. Communication also forms a social system that needs each other, therefore communication and society cannot be separated.(Cangara, 2014) Researchers chose a media which was originally a magazine. Broadcastmagz-TV & Radio Magazine is the magazine that was chosen but has switched to online form or broadcastmagz.com is one of the companies that currently has many sectors in various fields, one sector that is very well known by the Indonesian people is the Online Media sector.(Magazine, n.d.) This change in media products is included in media convergence. Visual communication is turning to paperless. Convergence in the Big Indonesian Dictionary means the situation towards one meeting point, convergence, while the definition of convergence or convergence is literally two or more objects meeting or uniting at a point of concentration of eyes to a very close place. Convergence is the joining of traditional telecommunications media with the internet network at once. Convergence is a radical change in the handling, provision, distribution, and processing of all forms of information, whether visual, audio, data, and so on. (Suchroni, 2016)
West Nias Regency has an enormous potential tourist destination, namely the Hinako Islands which consists of eight beautiful small islands. Yet the limited infrastructure and capacity of human resources have become the obstacle for this potential. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for tourism development strategies in the Hinako Islands to increase local government revenues (PAD) and the welfare of local communities. The research question is how is the strategy of the local government in developing tourism in the Hinako Islands?. This research is a field research, qualitative analytical descriptive type. The primary data of the research were observation and in-depth interviews, also supported by secondary data in the form of documentation and relevant literature studies. This study recommends a tourism development model consisting of 3 elements, namely: 1) West Nias Regency Government as a facilitator to provide tourism facilities and infrastructure; And as a regulator to formulate and enforce tourism business rules for the benefit of the Regional Original Income (PAD) and bring prosperity to local communities. 2) Private, namely existing investors, new investors with an ecotourism pattern, and village-owned enterprises (BUM-Des) to work on the industry in the concept of tourism agromina. 3) Community, to be a friendly host for tourists by providing guarantees for tourist safety, maintaining environmental cleanliness, and providing memorable experiences for tourists. The recommended strategies include strategies for developing tourism destinations, the tourism industry, tourism marketing, and tourism institutions.
