This study aims to determine the profile and differences in the level of physical fitness in futsal extracurricular students in urban and rural environments. Materials and Methods. The method in this study used a quantitative approach through surveys with researchers providing a physical test and measurement (TKJI) for 13-15 year old to futsal extracurricular students. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 11 Pontianak City and SMP Negeri 3 Sukadana, Kayong Utara Regency. Purposive sampling technique in determining the sample so that 40 students were sampled. To see the difference through the normality prerequisite test stage, homogeneity test and t test. Data analysis was assisted by using the SPSS Version 26 application. Results. According to the study findings, the average physical fitness score of futsal extracurriculars in urban areas was 12.50, while the average in rural environments was 15.15. Furthermore, a significant difference between urban and rural extracurricular futsal contexts is shown by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusions. This finding supports the hypothesis that the level of physical fitness necessary for extracurricular futsal varies significantly between urban and rural areas. This study provides evidence that futsal extracurricular students in rural areas have better physical fitness than students in urban areas. These findings can be a reference for sports practitioners to be able to develop exercise programs to improve the physical fitness of children aged 13-15 years, especially for playing futsal.
This study aims to produce a long passing skill measuring instrument of soccer school student. This study applied research and development method by using experimental design with the steps; (a) draft development, (b) validation, (c) small group experiment, (d) large group experiment. The small group experiment is done three times, while the large group experiment consisting of 150 students from 8 soccer schools is only done once. Based on factorial analysis result (validity test) and test and re-test technique (reliability test), it is obtained that long passing skill measuring instrument is valid and reliable. The results showed that most ( 95%) of respondents needed an E-Book on physical exercise and diet management for football athletes. They agreed that all physical training materials in the indicators mentioned must be in the E-book. The validation results of the material show that the material presented in the e-book is very suitable (3.67) with what is needed today and is ideal for use. The results of validation of the media show that this e-book media is included in the category of very suitable both for the completeness of presentation and the feasibility of graphics and can be used as an electronic medium for football sports. The readability test results received an average assessment of 3.75, meaning that the e-book can be declared very legible and suitable for use. The results of the different tests showed significant differences in the years before and after being given the intervention of physical training and diet E-books for Football Athletes. Athletes' knowledge has increased, with an average knowledge increase score of 19.4 points. Suggestions for future improvement and development of e-books are like adding more exciting images and multiplying case examples.
