This study aims to examine the floating rice nursery techniques as local wisdom of agricultural systems on wetland swamps, and the characteristics of wetland swamps. The research method used is ethnography, which aims to describe in detail the themes or perspectives that originate from the phenomenon and the interaction of individuals or groups in culture. The results showed that the Ogan ethnic in Pemulutan had carried out a wetland swamp farming system for generations. This agricultural technique utilizes wild plants such as swamp grass (berondong) and freshwater algae (reamon) as a medium for floating rice nurseries. The use of natural resources around agricultural land is a form of local wisdom in preserving the environment. Wetland swamp agro-ecosystem with local wisdom of floating rice nurseries can maintain a sustainable ecosystem and environment. The agricultural land of the Ogan community is dominated by swollen or shallow patches of around 6.289 hectares or 59,1 per cent, middle swamps of 3.309 hectares or 31 per cent, the remaining 9,9 per cent or 1.058 hectares are deep swampland. The potential land for farming which shallow land and middle land.
This study aims to determine the impact implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) program PT. Kuansing Inti Makmur (PT KIM) towards the development of communities around the tambanag area and impact of the program. The company's mission is to build sustainable growth through high standards of occupational safety, development of good community programs and robust environmental management. Corporate social responsibility has become one of the most important issues facing the mining industry. Every mining activity is required to develop and empower the communities surrounding the mining area. This is stated in Permen ESDM No 41 of 2016. Techniques in determining informants are taken by purposive sampling, the community development program consists of four areas: education, health, economics and infrastructure. Data processing research using descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the results of research can be concluded that the impact implementation of CSR programs on community development in the education is felt by the community is enough to help with the percentage of 60%, the health field is felt by the public is enough to help with the percentage of 60%, the perceived the community's economy has less impact on economic improvement with 51% percentage, infrastructure perceived the community is very helpful with 80% percentage.
The main objective of this program is to identify Lorok Village's economic potential and to educate the target audience about the design of the BUMDes business development strategy for maximizing Lorok Village's economic potential. This program was attended by eleven BUMDes administrators from Lorok Village, Kabal Island, Tanjung Pule, and Payakabung, as well as ten Lorok Village officials. Counseling about mapping Lorok Village's economic potential and organizing a network of cooperation and marketing as a management strategy, as well as question and answer activities, is the method used. As a result of this program, BUMDes business managers are better able to understand the economic potential of Lorok Village and gain a better understanding of BUMDes business development strategies.
Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang bahaya kebakaran hutan dan lahan, penyebab terjadinya kebakaran hutan dan lahan, pengendalian pencegahan kebakaran hutan dan lahan serta upaya pencegahan kebakaran berbasis desa di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian kebakaran hutan dan lahan yang efektif adalah berupaya menanamkan rasa kebutuhan dari dalam diri masyarakat setempat atas kebersihan udara dan bebasnya lahan pertanian dan pemukiman mereka dari ancaman api. Tujuan kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah membangun desa mandiri ramah lingkungan.
This study uses a qualitative approach, namely research that aims to describe certain circumstances, which are described in words or sentences. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis techniques, while the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses the theory of (Mazmani & Sabatier, 1983) to see the process of implementing the COVID-19 prevention measures. The results showed that the implementation of covid-19 prevention at the Regional General Hospital of Ogan Ilir Regency was not carried out properly according to the target set by the OI Hospital because there was no socialization regarding the Covid-19 handling policy and its operational guidelines and technical guidelines for medical personnel from the management of the Ogan Hospital. Ilir so that the appointment of the Covid-19 Handling Task Force at the Ogan Ilir Hospital was not in accordance with the guidelines for handling COVID-19 itself. The problem of the lack of security for medical personnel as the front line in handling Covid-19 is the result of the lack of availability of personal protective equipment (PPE), the lack of clarity in the protection from the RSUD for medical personnel and the unavailability of a halfway house for medical personnel who treat corona patients and the lack of optimal policies implemented. at the Regional General Hospital of Ogan Ilir Regency regarding the prevention of covid-19, causing people to not understand the steps for personal hygiene, implementing clean and healthy living, the importance of protecting the environment and implementing correct health protocols.
