This study aims to determine and analyze financial performance with the Economic Value Added and Market Value Added methods in the Cement Sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and the sampling technique in this study is a purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used used secondary data through library studies and documentation studies obtained through the website https://www.idx.co.id in the form of a Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Report for the Year 2017-2021. The results of this study are that the three cement companies have a positive EVA value which means they have succeeded in creating economic value, and one company has a negative EVA value at PT Semen Baturaja Tbk which means the company is not able to provide added value in 2021. means providing added value through market capitalization value.

Salah satu solusi untuk menghadapi berbagai macam masalah yang dihadapi oleh bangsa Indonesia pada saat ini yaitu dengan menghidupkan kembali semangat Pancasila (Rekontruksi). Pancasila adalah merupakan intisari dari keberadaan Indonesia sebagai suatu negara. Pancasila berfungsi sebagai dasar negara, filsafat, ideologi dan juga sebagai wujud dari prinsip dasar untuk Indonesia yang mandiri. Sehingga bias terwujud dengan menyatukan tekad, tindakan, dan integrasi dari berbagai bidang dan juga keterampilan untuk mencapai kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia.
This study aims to determine the effect of the Fingerprint Computer-Based Management Information System on the work discipline of civil servants at the Office of Community Empowerment and Village District, Lamongan. The research method used by the researcher is the Exsplanatory Research approach. With a sample of 54 from the population. Data analysis using SPSS 25 to find regression results and classical assumptions from the data. Determination of the Fingerprint (X) Computer-Based Management Information System has an effect on work discipline. Based on the results of the analysis, the tcount value is 3.286 with a Sig value of 0.002. This indicates that the tcount value is greater than the ttable value of 2,007. The comparison between tcount and ttable results in 3,286 > 2,007 or tcount > ttable. While the comparison of the significance value obtained is 0.002 <0.05.
The transformation from traditional marketing into digital marketing brings changes to all aspects of human life, including economic aspects for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Local SMEs fail to compete because the product is not really well-known and is not marketed digitally. The digitalization era forced SMEs to use social media for promotion. On the contrary, East Kotawaringin Regency SMEs are primarily unfamiliar with digital marketing. As a consequence, many SMEs are not able to survive. This research is carried out to help SMEs survive this Covid-19 disaster by implementing Digital Marketing to see how vital the SME sector is for regional income. It is a quantitative study to know the influence of selling products through the marketplace and how the local cultural content of the product influences the sales increase. The total population is 83 SMEs aged 18 to 25 years. The population is depreciated according to age, culinary sector and education. It obtained 31 samples. Questionnaires are distributed for data collection and are analyzed with SPSS 16. The finding of this research is that there is a correlation between local content in social media toward sales increase, as the independent shown by the t-count for each item is higher < 0.05. SMEs promote their products on social media based on local culture content linked to a local government website or other businesses such as hotels and tourist attractions.
This study aims to knowing the influence of marketing mix in Bali convection business on cunsomer satisfaction and loyalty in PT. Bangsawan Indonesia Tekstil. This study is explanatory research. Population is all all employees CSR of PT. Petro Kimia Gresik who ordered work uniforms in outlet PT. Bangsawan Tekstil Indonesia. The sampling method for this study was doing with accidental sampling technique and it got 125 respondents. Data analysis method is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results of research are marketing mix which included product, price, place, and promotion have affected significantly towards customer's satisfaction. It indicated that selling product same as customer's needs and wants, the giving price is reached by consumers, location of buying product is strategic, and promotion same as consumer's hope. Marketing mix which included product, price, place, and promotion have not affected significantly towards customer's loyalty. It indicated that the selling product, the giving price, strategic location, and completed promotion could not change consumer to become loyalty at PT. Bangsawan Tekstil Indonesia. Customer's satisfaction have affected significantly towards customer's loyalty. It indicated that loyal customer is always feels satisfy with anything they received.
