The purpose of this study is analysing the application of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) in the scope of education. The research used a library research method. The data analyzed with content analysis techniques. Checking between libraries and re-reading libraries and paying attention to advisory comments is done to maintain eternity of the assessment process and prevent and overcome miss-information The results of this study are: 1) Based on the results of studies of 20 journal counselling applications Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) managed to overcome various problems, 2) The implementation of EFT starts with identifying problems, Set Up, Tune In, and Tapping on 9 gamut procedures, 3) The objectives of applying EFT are mostly schools, namely secondary schools to universities with application targets are individuals or groups in the span of school age, 5) suggest implementing EFT with different places, methods and objectives.

This research is about mapping the Regional Innovation of North Kalimantan Province. The focus of this research is the mapping of regional innovations proposed by Regional Apparatus Organizations as an effort to support the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing OPD tasks related to governance, public services and regional competitiveness. This research is important to do because this study will discuss efforts to map regional innovations, especially in North Kalimantan Province in order to realize accelerated economic growth, regional competitiveness and improve people's welfare in North Kalimantan Province. The population in this study are regions that have implemented regional innovations. While the subject in this study is the regional innovation of North Kalimantan Province. The results of the study show that the Innovation of North Kalimantan Province is spread over 25 affairs out of 32 affairs that are under regional authority. When viewed from regional government affairs, the three regional innovations with the function of supporting affairs became the most innovations, namely 13 innovations, from health there were 9 innovations, and from community empowerment 9 innovations became the innovations with the highest number. Meanwhile, the innovations with the fewest issues are those from education, social, library, energy, forestry and youth affairs. and from community empowerment as many as 9 innovations to innovations with the largest number. Desa tanggap bencana merupakan desa yang memiliki peran untuk melihat adanya potensi bencana, mencegah potensi bencana, mampu menggerakkan masyarakat serta pemerintah desa untuk aktif berpartisipasi dalam segala hal terkait bencana dan mampu menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam melakukan mitigasi bencana. Desa yang menjadi target terkait aksi tanggap bencana salah satunya adalah Desa Mekarsari, Kecamatan Gunung Sari, Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Desa ini memiliki jarak 7 Km dari Kecamatan Gunung Sari dan memiliki luas sekitar 5.20 Ha dengan keadaan geografisnya yang sebagian besar terdiri dari daratan tinggi atau perbukitan yang bergelombang dengan kondisi tanah berupa lahan kering. Dengan keadaan berada di daerah dataran tinggi, menyebabkan Desa Mekarsari rawan terjadi bencana seperti longsor dan banjir. Desa Mekarsari tergolong Desa yang baru mekar sehingga diperlukan informasi-informasi yang membantu masyarakat untuk mengetahui hal-hal penting terkait desa salah satunya mengenai kebencanaan.
