This study aims to find out and analyze how the level of user satisfaction with an information system is being used, and to find out what factors influence the level of user satisfaction of the Information System. The object of this research is the E-Campus information system at the Islamic Institution of Bukittinggi state. Research is based on the importance of evaluation for the development of a system. The method used in this study is End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). The EUCS method consists of five independent variables, namely content, accuracy, shape, ease of use and timeliness and one dependent variable is satisfaction. Population data is N = 99 with the analysis results obtained by the correlation coefficient number of 73.3%. That is, there is a statistically positive relationship between content, accuracy, form, ease of use, timeliness, and satisfaction. if each variable has a higher correlation, it will increase the user satisfaction of the E-Campus Information System with the meaning of the relationship in the same direction.Keywords: End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), satisfaction, information system, E-Campus.

The purpose of this study is to examine the market reaction regarding the announcement of working cabinet following the election of Jokowi as the President of Indonesia. Political events such as presidential election, government change, cabinet announcement, and other events are very influential towards price and trade volume at the stock exchange since the political events are closely related to the state economy stability. The Sample in this study is stock which was listed as issuers in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which included in LQ45 company group during this research period from 20 October-3 November 2014. The result shows that there was significant effect towards abnormal return difference before and after the cabinet announcement on the companies listed in LQ 45. The existence of this significant difference means that market reacted with the cabinet announcement event. Kejadian politik seperti pemilu presiden, pemilihan legislatif, pemilihan gubernur, pengumuman kabinet, dan kejadian-kejadian lain nasional sangat berpengaruh terhadap harga dan volumen perdagangan di bursa saham. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah saham dari perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI yang masuk dalam LQ45 selama periode 20 Oktober-3 November 2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan abnormal return pada saat sebelum dan sesudah pengumaman kabinet dilakukan. Keberadaan abnormal return menunjukkan bahwa investor terpengaruh oleh situasi politik.

The official goverment vehicles supply demand the goverment allocate fund in carefully and precise based on the needs. The value of money analysis between buy, rent, and leasing to supplying the official vehicles in Polytechnic State’s of Padang. intent on calculating, analyze, and comparing which alternative that make more value of money between the provisions system of buying, renting and leasing. Methods this Research is Qualitative and The analysis instrument that use in this research is Net Present Value Method also calculating the cost benefit analysis . The research examine 3 type or merk that represent the officeholder vehicles, such as Toyota Hiace Commuter, Kijang Innova V A/T, dan Avanza Veloz. The result of this research indicated that officeholder vehicles supplying system through the buying system is has more benefit that follow by the leasing system and the renting system. This research result could be a reference for Goverment in choosing supplying system of officeholder vehicles in Padang State’s Polytechnic.
