This research aims to analyze the level of religious character of students grade VIIA and VIIB in SMP Negeri 22 Kota Jambi in daily life. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and documentation using character questionnaire instruments. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive statistical calculations. The results showed that the religious character level of VIIIA grade students of SMP Negeri 22 Kota Jambi was in the very good category, with a percentage of 85.7%. Whereas the level of religious character of VIIIB grade students of SMP Negeri 22 Kota Jambi is also in the very good category, with a percentage of 96.8%. From all of result, it can be concluded that VIIIA and VIIIB grade student's in SMP Negeri 22 Kota Jambi City have a very good level of religious character with a percentage of 91.5%. To maintain the level of religious character of students remain in the very good category it is necessary to get used to in the school environment such as praying in congregation at the school mosque and recitation of Surah Yasin regularly.
