A nano mesoporous metal-organic framework Cu 2 (BDC) 2 (BPY) (BDC=1,4-benzenedicarboxylate, BPY= 4,4'-bipyridine) could be employed as a heterogeneous catalyst for the copper-catalyzed oxidative C-H/N-H coupling between simple ketones and diamines to form pyrazines. The Cu 2 (BDC) 2 (DABCO) offered higher catalytic activity than common copper salts such as CuCl, CuBr and CuI.
In this paper palladium nanoparticle encapsulated in mesoporous metal-organic framework Cu 2 (BDC) 2 (DABCO) (BDC=1,4-benzenedicarboxylate, DABCO= 1,4diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane) and employed as a heterogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of biphenyl by Suzuki coupling. The Pd@MOFs offered higher catalytic activity than common Palladium salts such as Pd(OAc) 2 , PdCl 2 .
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
