This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality on customer e-satisfaction, the effect of e-trust on customer e-satisfaction, the effect of e-service quality on customer e-loyalty, the effect of e-trust on customer e-loyalty and finally, the effect of e-satisfaction on online shop customer e-loyalty. The type of research used in this research is correlational research with a quantitative approach and testing the research hypothesis was carried out by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The sample or respondent used in this study is 432 consumers of online shops in Banten, Indonesia. The results show that E-Service Quality had positive but not significant effect on E-Satisfaction, E-Trust had a positive but not significant effect to E-Satisfaction, E-Service Quality had a positive but not significant effect towards E-Loyalty, E-Trust had a negative but not significant effect to E-Satisfaction and finally E-Satisfaction had a positive but not significant effect on E-Loyalty.
Introduction. in the process of improving an athlete's performance, the recovery methods must be optimized. Recovery is required to maximize training and competition performance; fatigue should be minimized by recovering as fast as possible. This study aimed to assess effects of contrast water therapy on blood lactate concentration after high-intensity interval training (HiiT) in elite futsal players. Methods. A total of 30 male futsal athletes volunteered to be subjects in this study. The test session consisted of repeated sprints at the distance of 25 m (3 series of two 1-min repetitions at 90% of maximum heart rate). After HiiT, the participants were randomized into 2 groups; 15 received contrast water therapy (CWT), and 15 were given slow jogging recovery (SJR). The recovery for the CWT group consisted of periodic immersions in cold water (18°C) for 1 min and then in hot water (37°C) for 2 min, with accumulating 15 min in the water. The recovery for the SJR group included 8 min of slow jogging (6.8 km • h −1) around a field. Results. After 30-min recovery, lactate concentration was significantly greater (p = 0.001) in the SJR group (7.67 mmol/l) than in the CWT group (6.82 mmol/l) and remained significantly different 60 min after recovery (p = 0.0001; 6.80 mmol/l and 5.01 mmol/l, respectively). Conclusions. We demonstrated that CWT after HiiT had an effect on the recovery of elite futsal players by decreasing the lactate concentration and rapid recovery of heart rate.

This study analyzes the structure and elements of employee training and development programs and then this studio presents what are the positive results for employees and the Organization. Organizations find it difficult to stay competitive in the recent global economy. The importance of employee development plans is growing for Organizations seeking to gain an edge over competitors. Employees are a respected resource of the Organization and the success or failure of the Organization depends on the performance of the employees. Therefore, the organization finances a large number of employee training and development programs. Furthermore, the training program is very supportive for companies to emphasize the knowledge, skills and abilities of employees. There is substantial interest among professionals and researchers about the impact of development programs on employees and the organization. The study described here is an assessment of the literature on the basis of employee development programs and their benefits to organizations and employees.
Sumber daya manusia adalah alasan utama untuk perkembangan keseluruhan lingkungan politik, sosial dan teknologi. Unsur utama lingkungan bisnis adalah tenaga kerja. Dalam studi yang diusulkan, peneliti menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Kuesioner terstruktur telah dibuat dan diedarkan ke karyawan sektor swasta yang berbeda untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja mereka dan motivasi karyawan melalui cara ini mengumpulkan data primer. Jumlah repsonden yang digunakan dalam penelitian atau sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Hasil penelitian yaitu kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan mengacu pada perasaan positif yang dimiliki karyawan tentang pekerjaannya. Jika karyawan tidak puas, dia tidak akan bisa memberikan seratus persen untuk tugasnya sedangkan karyawan yang puas akan bekerja dengan baik dan konsisten. Motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja mengacu pada saat seseorang dirangsang untuk mencapai tujuannya. Bisa dengan membuat mereka menyadari tanggung jawab mereka, menawarkan mereka insentif / bonus atau cara lain yang mereka anggap bermanfaat bagi diri mereka sendiri.
Survey ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran dan efektifitas kredit serta mengidentifikasi sejauh mana peran dan efektifitas kredit yg di lakukan oleh koperasi dengan mengambil studi pada Unit Simpan Pinjam Primkop Kartika Ardagusema Jl. Baros No.G-151, Cimahi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka banyak upaya yang dilakukan sebuah koperasi untuk mewujudkan tercapainya kesejahteraan tersebut, salah satunya adalah dengan memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada para anggota. Responden adalah anggota Koperasi Primkop Kartika Ardagusema Jl. Baros No.G-151, Cimahi. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa Koperasi Unit Simpan Pinjam Primkop Kartika Ardagusema memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota.Upaya yang dilakukan yaitu Primkop Kartika Ardagusema tidak hanya memberikan kredit namun demikian juga memberikan pedampingan dalam rangka untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan kredit yang telah diberikan.Sedangkan yang kedua Hasil analisis efektivitas kredit yang diberikan Unit Simpan Pinjam Primkop Kartika Ardagusema dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota dapat diketahui bahwa sebagian besar responden menyatakan efektif. Hasil tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa anggota koperasi merasakan sosialisasi dan transparansi informasi produk-produk koperasi sehingga anggota dapat memahami secara maksimal terkait dengan produk-produk yang ditawarkan oleh koperasi.
