Penerimaan Bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) adalah Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin (RTSM) yang memiliki anggota keluarga yang terdiri dari anak usia 0-15 tahun (atau 15-18 tahun namun belum menyelesaikan pendidikan dasar) dan ibu hamil/nifas. Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) memberikan bantuan tunai kepada RTSM dengan mewajibkan RTSM tersebut mengikuti persyaratan yang ditetapkan program, yaitu menyekolahkan anaknya disatuan pendidikan, dan melaksanakan kunjungan rutin ke fasilitas kesehatan bagi anak usia 0-6 tahun, ibu hamil dan ibu nifas. Adapun kriteria untuk mendapatkan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) adalah anak usia di bawah 6 tahun dan ibu hamil, anak usia SD/MI dan anak usia SMP/MTS. Untuk membantu menentukan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak menerima Program Keluarga Harapan(PKH) maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Dengan adanya Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) ini di harapkan agar proses pengambilan keputusan dapat meminimalisir terjadinya salah sasaran yang sering timbul dalam proses penyeleksian warga yang ingin mendapatkan bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Kata Kunci : PKH, RTSM,SAW, dan SPK
The research conducted on UMKM commercial sector which aims to determine how much the contribution of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) implementation by using four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business process and learning and growth. The concept Balanced Scorecard is deemed in accordance with the consideration that the concept is able to balance short-term plan with long-term plans, as well as to balance financial performance with the performance of non-financial. In addition, The benefits from this research is that companies have an appropriate business strategy and work program that can face of such change, enabling it to maintain and expand its business in the future in accordance with the vision and mission.By using these research techniques, application of the BSC through four perspectives can contribute significantly to the company's performance. This is indicate that UMKM oriented continuously on efforts to maintain customer satisfaction to earn the trust of the quality of the product followed by their support productive and committed employees who will be able to deliver products / services efficiently, consistent and timely with using technology information that have an impact on the organization's ability to generate adequate financial returns. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada sektor komersial UMKM yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi penerapan Balanced Scorecard (BSC) dengan menggunakan empat perspektif: keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal dan pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Konsep Balanced Scorecard dianggap sesuai dengan pertimbangan bahwa konsep ini mampu menyeimbangkan rencana jangka pendek dengan rencana jangka panjang, serta menyeimbangkan kinerja keuangan dengan kinerja non-keuangan. Selain itu, Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perusahaan memiliki strategi bisnis yang tepat dan program kerja yang dapat menghadapi perubahan tersebut, memungkinkan untuk mempertahankan dan memperluas bisnisnya di masa depan sesuai dengan visi dan misi. Dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian ini , penerapan BSC melalui empat perspektif dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM berorientasi terus menerus pada upaya mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan untuk mendapatkan kepercayaan dari kualitas produk diikuti dengan dukungan mereka yang produktif dan berkomitmen karyawan yang akan mampu memberikan produk / jasa secara efisien, konsisten dan tepat waktu dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi yang berdampak pada kemampuan organisasi untuk menghasilkan pengembalian keuangan yang memadai.
Exploitation of materials, especially the use of stones as themain component of concrete needs to be reduced. The existence of analternative to coral replacement as a coarse aggregate in a concretemixture needs to be applied. This research was conducted to find theoptimum percentage value of the addition of woven bamboo fiber as asubstitute of coarse aggregate to achieve the minimum compressivestrength according to standard mix design paving block. Thepercentage of absorption (absorption) is also observed, so that laterproduced paving with bamboo fiber which has a compressive strengthand absorption as well. This research use trial and error method,sample to be tested in the form of cube with size 15 x 15 x 15 cm asmany as 20 pieces with paving quality which is planned is K-225 or18,675 MPa. The percentage substitution ratio was derived from thevolume of the crude stone acting as a crude aggregate on the pavingblock mixture. Prior to its creation, several stages such as testing thematerial characteristics are performed. After that the test object ismade and tested at the age of 28 days. The method of makingspecimens is included in semi-mechanical using concrete mixer.Bamboo waste fiber is installed horizontally by layer by layer. Thetest results show the average compressive strength of bamboo fibervariation of 0%, 5%, 15% and 25% respectively by 20.7 MPa, 17.6MPa, 12.3 MPa and 9.9 MPa. From the result, it was found that thepercentage of bamboo woven fiber fiber is optimum in accordancewith the minimum standard limit of 17 MPa paving block by 7%.While the results of the absorption test in the sample showed aproportional increase with the percentage of woven bamboo fibervariation added, with an average absorption rate of 0.1%, 0.1%, 0.2%and 0,3%, while the optimum absorption is equal to 0,103%.Keywords: Absorption, Compressive strength, Paving block, Waste wovenbamboo fiber
Survey volume of daily traffic for the planning and supervision of pavement road manually requires effort, time and cost is not cheap. Besides that, accuracy, and speed in getting the data are not timely, especially as real-time data. This study aims to get an intelligent survey model that will function to get daily traffic volume data automatically and in real-time, as well as its processing. The methodology used is to model the survey process by utilizing smart devices, microcontrollers, sensors, and the internet of things, as well as cloud and client-server programming. The survey process model can be divided into two parts, namely part one whose task is to collect vehicle data and part two to collect the axle load of each vehicle, then the data will be sent through an access point to the cloud, cloud data is taken from the access point at the data processing center on the server computer to done processing. The model generating information volume data traffic at speeds up to 67.4 Mbps, to accurately the data 98%, and the real-time and the results of data processing can be used as surveillance of pavement age.
