Abstract The number of weaknesses in football matches, especially weaknesses in terms of passing a ball, is one of the keys to the failure of a team in a match. This research aims to develop a form of passing football practice. This study uses a development research approach with a sample of UNIB PJKR students. The data analysis technique used is the t-test with calculations through SPSS version 16. The t-test results showed that the coefficient of significance was 0,000, this coefficient was compared with the significance level of 0.05. Based on the comparison it turns out that the coefficient of significance is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, so it can be concluded that the passing training program has an effect on the ability of passing students. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing soccer passing training model has a significant influence on the ability of passing from students, so it can be concluded that this passing training model can be used for students or students who are just practicing football passing.. Keywords: Development, Model, Passing Abstrak Banyaknya kelemahan dalam pertandingan sepakbola terutama kelemahan dalam hal mengoper bola menjadi salah satu kunci kegegalan suatu tim dalam bertanding. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bentuk latihan passing sepakbola. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan dengan sampel mahasiswa PJKR UNIB. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan uj-t dengan perhitungan melalui SPSS versi 16. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa koefisien signifikasi sebesar 0,000, koefisien ini dibandingkan dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05. Berdasarkan perbandingan ternyata koefisien signifikasi hitung lebih kecil dari taraf signifikasi 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan program latihan passing memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis model latihan passing sepakbola telah memberikan pengaruh yang berarti terhadap kemampuan passing dari mahasiswa, sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model latihan passing ini dapat digunakan kepada mahasiswa atau pelajar yang baru berlatih passing sepakbola. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik pemain sepak bola SMA Negeri 1 Kabupaten Kaur. Kondisi fisik pemain sangatlah penting untuk mencapai prestasi yang maksimal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan desain deskriptif. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemain sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Kabupaten Kaur, yaitu yang berjumlah 20 orang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes untuk mengetahui daya tahan, kecepatan, kelincahan dan kelentukan kaitanya dengan kondisi fisik pemain sepakbola. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan pengukuran kondisi fisik. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini meliputi tes Lari 1200 yard, lari 60 yard, shuttle run, dan sit and reach.. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan perhitungan statistik menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa kondisi fisik keseluruhan pemain sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Kabupaten Kaur adalah kurang. Dari 4 item tes yang dilaksankan, ternyata kondisi fisik pemain sepakbola SMA Negeri 1 Kaur semuanya memperoleh kategori kurang, kecuali pada tes sit and reach yang memperoleh kategori sedang.Kata Kunci: Kondisi fisik, Pemain Sepakbola.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan lay up.dalam permainan bola basket. Metode yang di pakai adalah pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievments Division (STAD). Jenis Penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian di lakukan pada siswa kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu Tengah yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Pada penelitian ini melihat hasil uji pra siklus, siklus 1 dn siklus 2 serta lembar observasi guru dan siswa. Nilai tes uji pra siklus di dapat 33,3% yang mendapat nilai baik artinya masih sangat kurang dalam keterampilan lay up permainan bola basket . Pada siklus 1 di dapat 69,4% terjadi peningkatan keterampilan lay up pada permainan bola basket namun belum mencapai KKM dan dilihat dari observassi guru mendapat nilai 72 % dan observasi siswa 65%. Pada siklus 2 didapat nilai tes sebesar 83,3%, sedangkan lembar observasi guru sebesar 84% dan lembar observasi siswa sebesar 80% semua telah menunjukan ketuntasan nialai atau kkm 75%. Dari nilai tes siklus 2 dapat disimpulan pembelajaran teknik lay up dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievments Division (STAD) dapat meningkatkan ketermpilan lay up permainan bola basket dan meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa. Peningkatan ini dikarenakan siswa bersemangat dalam proses belajar dan saling membantu didalam kelompok masing.Kata kunci: Metode Kooperatif Tipe STAD, Keterampilan lay up , Permainan Bola Basket AbstractThis study aims to determine the improvement of lay up skills in basketball games. The method used is cooperative learning type Student Team Achievments Division (STAD). Types of Research is a classroom action research. The research was conducted on the students of class X.MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu Tengah, wihch amounted to 36 students. This study looks at the results of pre-cycle test, cyle 1 and cycle 2 and teacher and student observation sheet. The value of pre-cycle test in 33,3% can get a good value means still very less in the skills lay up basketball game. In the 1st cycle in 96,4% there can be increased lay up on basketball games but have not reached KKM and viewer from the observasition of the teacher gets 72% and studebnt observation 65% in the 2nd cycle obtained the tes value of 88,3%, while the teacher’s observation sheer of 84% and student observation sheer of 80% all has shown maked kialty or KKM 75%. From the value of the test cycle 2 can be conclueded the learning of lay up techniques by using the cooperative learning type Student Team Achievments Division (STAD) can increase the lay-laying of basketball games and improve the students' learning spirit. The development of the times demands that humans be more progressive, thus students are required to find information independently from the results of their interactions with the learning environment. Learning media are used to streamline messages so that a learning environment is created conducive. In fact, the use of learning media is still conventional, does not vary, and the use of digital media is still very minimal. This type of research is research and development using the 4D model. However, the steps taken are only define, design, and development. The resulting product declared very valid with the average feasibility of learning media is 95%, with details of the feasibility of material 93.3%, media 96.7%, and language 95%. The results of teacher and student responses were stated to be very practical, namely 92.5% and 95.25%. Thus, learning media based on the Kinemaster application in integrated thematic learning in class III SD Negeri 36 Koto Panjang are declared very valid and very practical.
