<pre>Chitosan is a biopolymer that has the advantage of being able to form films that are non-toxic which has great potential to form edible films. To improve the properties of edible films in the form of antioxidants, it is necessary to add other materials such as avocado seed starch. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of avocado seed starch on mechanical properties, degree of <em>swelling</em> and solubility of edible film chitosan-Avocado Seed Starch (Kit-PBA). This study uses a laboratory experimental method. Steps in this study are (1) extraction of avocado seed starch; (2) Making edible film Kit-PBA (mixing chitosan and avocado seed starch), heating and neutralizing) with a ratio between chitosan: avocado seed starch are at 50:50; 60:40; 70:30; 80:20; 90:10; 100: 0; (3) Characterization of Kit-PBA are (tensile strength and elongation) edible film mechanical properties, <em>swelling</em> test and solubility test. The results showed that the higher the concentration of chitosan in the Kit-PBA edible film, the tensile and elongation strength values would increase while the degree of <em>swelling</em> and solubility would decrease.</pre>
Ceramics are currently widely used in various defense industries. Among them are the purposes of body armor (vests and helmets), vehicle protection, and ballistic protection. This review aims to provide insight into ceramic armor materials including their manufacture, use, and application as protective materials. The method used is a literature review and describes the results of the analysis related to the application of ceramic materials in the form of ceramic armor. The use of ceramic armor materials in defense industry products is proven to provide good performance compared to metal materials, especially in increasing the mobility capabilities of defense personnel. In addition, the use of ceramic armor has initiated the development of lightweight protective materials so that various technologies have been developed to maximize the use of ceramics in the defense industry. Keramik saat ini banyak digunakan dalam berbagai industri pertahanan. Diantaranya untuk keperluan bahan pelindung tubuh (rompi dan helm), pelindung kendaraan, dan pelindung balistik. Review ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang material armor keramik yang meliputi pembuatan, penggunaan, dan aplikasinya sebagai bahan pelindung. Metode yang digunakan adalah literatur review dan mendeskripsikan hasil analisa terkait aplikasi material keramik dalam bentuk ceramic armor. Pemanfaatan material armor keramik pada produk industri pertahanan terbukti dapat memberikan performa yang baik dibandingkan dengan material logam terutama dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mobilitas dari personil pertahanan. Selain itu penggunaan armor keramik telah menginisiasi pengembangan material pelindung ringan sehingga berbagai macam teknologi dikembangkan untuk dapat memaksimalkan penggunaan keramik dalam industri pertahanan.
The Taxation Law in Indonesia refers to Self-Assessment System, which is giving trust to the taxpayer to calculate, deposit and report by themselves about the amount of tax owed according to the regulation of taxation law. While the purpose of writing this thesis generally is to know about the imposition, deposit and reporting of value-added tax by PT. Seimitsu Diagnostics has appropriated with the provision of value added tax law within the applicable taxation enforcement rules and to know how PT. Seimitsu Diagnostics to overcome the obstacle encountered in implementing the value-added tax collection and to know the effort that have been taken to overcome the problems. The writer does this research by collecting data and processing method and analysing data. The writer does the research in the company to get the data and collecting them. The obstacle is about the output tax difference always bigger than the input tax, so it can cause there are the amount of underpaid taxes and the company is considered to be negligence in the deposit and report the underpaid taxes on every tax period or tax year so according to article 8 section (2) Law number 6 Year 1983 about the General Condition and tax procedure of the company got penalty to a 2% interest in a month for the underpayment amount.
<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh pembelajaran model PLGI dan GIPS terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, (2) pengaruh kemampuan analisis terhadap prestasi belajar siswa , (3) Interaksi pembelajaran dengan model GIPS dan PLGI ditinjau dari kemampuan analisi terhadap prestasi belajar.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode komparasi yang membandingkan antara dua model yaitu GIPS dan PLGI yang ditinjau dari kemampuan analisis, menggunakan desain faktorial 2X2. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA 4 dan XI MIPA 5 yang diambil menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Kelas XI MIPA 4 diberikan model pembelajaran PLGI sedangkan kelas XI MIPA 5 diberikan model pembelajaran GIPS. Data prestasi pengetahuan dan kemampuan analisis diperoleh melaui tes, data prestasi sikap melalui angket dan observasi, dan data prestasi keterampilan diperoleh melalui observasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Varians dua jalan dan uji kruskal wallis. Hasil menununjukan: (1) terdapat pengeruh model pembelajaran PLGI dan GIPS terhadap prestasi belajar ranah pengetahuan,sikap dan keterampilan. (2) tidak terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran PLGI dan GIPS terhadap ranah pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan.(3). Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran PLGI dan GIPS ditinjau dari kemampuan analisis terhadap prestasi belajar ranah sikap dan keterampilan namun tidak terdapat interaksi untuk ranah pengetahuan.</p>
