<p><span>This study aimed to see whether there is an influence of school principal leadership, organizational culture, and teacher competence on teacher performance. Another aim was to see how much influence these factors have on teacher performance either partially or simultaneously. The research used a quantitative approach with survey methods. Analysis of the data used was multiple regression. Participants involved in the study were 385 teachers in Bandung high school by using proportional stratified random sampling. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence on the school principal leadership variables, organizational culture, and teacher competence on teacher performance. Statistically the amount of contribution from all independent variables was 68.12%, so the remaining 32.88% was determined by other variables not measured in the study. This research was also useful to find out the factors that can improve teacher performance, so that it is expected to be a theoretical or practical consideration in schools in order to improve the quality of teachers and schools.</span></p>
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara kebersyukuran, kesepian, dan kondisi kesehatan mental pada mahasiswa di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan dengan teknik analisis uji korelasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah convenience sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah adaptasi DASS-21 untuk mengukur distres psikologis, skala kebersyukuran untuk mengukur rasa syukur, dan adaptasi skala UCLA-3 Loneliness Scale untuk mengukur kesepian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kebersyukuran berkorelasi negatif dan signifikan dengan distres psikologis (depresi, kecemasan, dan stres) maupun kesepian pada mahasiswa. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi kebersyukuran yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa, maka semakin rendah gejala depresi, stres, kecemasan, dan kesepian yang dialami. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat sebagai acuan untuk tenaga pendidik untuk memberikan sosialisasi, pendampingan, dan penurunan beban perkuliahan kepada responden sehingga diharapkan mampu menjaga stabilitas emosi mahasiswa mampu terkendali.
The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in various problems in almost all aspects of life, one of which is education. As one of the educational institutions, universities have finally implemented distance learning to reduce the spread of the virus on campus. However, this policy can also cause several new problems for students, including unpreparedness and boredom when implementing distance learning. This study aimed to determine the effect of readiness to change on university students’ academic burnout and to prove that religious coping as an internal resource can strengthen its influence. This research used quantitative research, especially correlational research design, using a hierarchical regression test to compare the results of the effect with and without the moderating variable. The sampling technique used in this study was a non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling technique in which it was obtained 300 active university students from the provinces of DKI Jakarta, West Java, and Yogyakarta. The results of the analysis showed that readiness to change could explain the academic burnout variance by 27%. Religious coping can be a moderator and strengthen the effect of readiness to change on academic burnout with a beta coefficient of -.003, which means an increase in one readiness to change score and religious coping can reduce academic burnout by 3%.
The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on human life, one of which is in teaching and learning activities. Both students, teachers, and agencies are required to adapt to the situation and change learning methods to distance learning (online). The purpose of this research is to look for factors that influence teacher readiness for change, especially in terms of leadership and organizational culture. This study uses a quantitative approach to the statistical analysis used in the multiple regression method assisted by the SPSS tool. The measuring instruments used are arranged using a Likert scale based on various theories. From the results obtained, the principal's leadership and organizational culture have a significant influence on teacher readiness for change both partially and simultaneously.
