This research finds out the effect of product, price and service quality toward customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously at Warsu Coffe Cafe. It is descriptive research with a quantitative method. The data were collected using questionnaires and documentation. The populations were the consumers who visited and bought a product in Warsu Coffe Cafe. The samples were 87 respondents that were chosen by using nonprobability sampling technique with incidental sampling type. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The result showed that both partially and simultaneously, the product, price, and service quality affect customer satisfaction. The most dominant influence is product quality on customer satisfaction, it shows that the Warsu Coffee Cafe has good product quality.
Sidoarjo Regency is an authentic Regency with UMKM District that has been certified as a UMKM Regency. The problems that have existed so far the Sidoarjo government has not compared MSMEs as part of the success of the city and building image and attractiveness so that tourists travel to Sidoarjo as a craft center for MSME products. Research objectives to 1) Knowing the city branding carried out by the Sidoarjo government. 2) Assessing MSMEs that deserve to be the city branding of the city of Sidoarjo. The analysis method used uses a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths (strenghts), weaknesses (weaknesses), opportunities (opportunities), and threats (threats) of the external and internal environment through IFAS and EFAS factors and SWOT diagrams. The results obtained total and weight of external and internal factors based on the influence of the size of each factor on the strategy results of the SWOT diagram show in an aggressive strategic position which means that aggressive strategies need to promote and innovate MSME products, which have not been known to the public so Sidoarjo as a city of MSMEs does not attract many tourists visiting Sidoarjo
This study aims to determine the effect of tourism product attributes, prices and promotions on the decision to visit tourists at the Pintu Langit Prigen Pasuruan tourist attraction. This research includes quantitative research with data collection techniques, namely by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are visitors to the Prigen Pasuruan Gate tour. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 18 for windows. The results of this study prove that the attribute variable of tourism products affects the decision to visit, the price variable affects the decision to visit, the promotion variable affects the decision to visit tourists at the Pintu Langit tourist attraction, Prigen Pasuruan.
Tourism has an influence on social, economic and environmental life for the people of the tourism area, both from positive and negative sessions, from the economic sector, there are a lot of jobs that arise starting from the provision of accommodation services, restaurants, tourism services, to souvenir businesses. This development will also have an impact on State and Regional revenues from the tax sector. Social studies have shifted more openly to migrants. 3). An economic study shows medium business opportunities and provides economic activities such as food, rice stalls, parking lots. 4). Environmental studies have a negative impact on the environment due to tourist activities close to villages and access to village roads that cause pollution and are in the rice fields.
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. BJA Sidoarjo. This research includes quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 101 employees at PT. BJA Sidoarjo. The analytical tools used in this research are multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), multiple correlation coefficient (R), f test, t test, and classical assumption test using SPSS. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The result of this research is that there is a simultaneous influence of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance. Partially, the variables of leadership, motivation and work environment have an influence on employee performance. and the work environment variable is the variable that has the most significant effect on employee performance.
