Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode shared storage dalam mengevaluasi tata letak gudang sehingga diperoleh alternatif tata letak yang lebih efisien. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah layout saat ini, jumlah permintaan produk, dan frekuensi aktivitas yang terjadi dalam gudang pada masing-masing produk. Berdasarkan penerapan metode shared storage dapat diusulkan tata letak gudang yang lebih baik. Dari hasil yang didapatkan, dilakukan perbaikan rak penyimpanan dari empat slot menjadi enam slot sehingga lebih menghemat penggunaan area karena produk disimpan pada rak bertingkat. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan penurunan kebutuhan luas lantai, yaitu untuk produk homeware 16,06%, health & beauty 15,6%, dan electronic 16,32%. Dari hasil tersebut diketahui produk homeware memiliki kebutuhan tertinggi berdasarkan jumlah permintaannya dan produk electronic mengalami penurunan luas terbesar. Oleh karena itu, penempatan produk pada gudang harus mempertimbangkan frekuensi tersebut agar terciptanya efisiensi saat transportasi.
ABSTRAKTanaman obat saat ini banyak digunakan baik sebagai obat dan perawatan kesehatan. Tanaman obat menjadi sumber bahan baku penting yang sebelumnya belum diketahui kandungan kimianya. Tanaman Saga (Abrus Precatorius L) banyak ditemukan di Indonesia seperti di Desa Tanahbaru, Pakisjaya, Karawang. Tanaman Saga banyak mengandung flavonoid, terpenoid, tanin, alkaloid dan saponin. Tanamn Saga dapat digunakan sebagai antiseptik, anti virus, anti malaria dan anti fertilitas. Pada kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Tanahbaru tentang pemanfaatan tanaman Saga. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan evaluasi kegiatan awal, sosialisasi, pendampingan dan evaluasi akhir kegiatan.Kata Kunci: pemberdayaan; tanaman Saga; tanaman obat. Saga (Abrus Precatorius L) abundantly found in Indonesia such as in Tanahbaru village, Pakisjaya, Karawang. Saga principally contains falvonoids, terpenoid, tanin, alkaloids dan saponin. It have been for antiseptic, anti-viral, anti-malarial, and antifertility. This activity aims to community empowerment in Tanahbaru village about Saga plants. Abstract—The company has a problem in warehouse layout arrangement so it will cause some kind of waste in the warehouse such as long searching time when searching spare parts in warehouse, transportation time when bringing material to warehouse or from warehouse to outside warehouse and transportation time at time of arrangement of material to storage shelf. Besides the problem that is noticed is the handling of discontinue material and the completeness of safety for warehouse operators. The purpose of this study can know the whole activity and the kinds of waste that occurred, so that can be done to the improvement of activity in the storage. The method used in measurement using fishbone diagram, and use Tools 5S + Safety. Based on the calculation that utility use of warehouse space owned raw material PT. Nichirin Indonesia is close to 70%. Layout raw material for now 77% of raw material is already used for material storage. After the layout improvements, the utility of raw material usage is reduced to 37.11%. various wastes that occur among others, Waiting time on goods delivery activities from suppliers, Transportation time on activities to bring goods from outside to the receiving area, Waiting time because the material must wait arranged by the admin / operator who works, Transportation time at the time of setting goods to shelf and Searching time on activities to find material for production needs. In doing a job manually such as moving, lifting a certain material needs to be evaluated to minimize the risk of work accidents. The research that will be conducted is the evaluation of manual material handling on the removal and removal of thiners. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of work biomechanics in minimizing the risk of spinal cord injury and providing improvement in work activities. The methods used in this research are Nordic Body Map, NIOSH, Rapid Entire Body Assessment, L5 / S1 (Fc) Force and Energy Consumptions. The results of this study were found that several parts of the workers' body muscles were injured, such as the neck, left and right shoulders, arms and wrists, back and waist. The RWL and Li values after repairs where is RWL exceeded the Load Constant value of 20 kg, and the Li value <1 (no risk). Then the work category level which was originally light-moderate work changed to light work. Furthermore, the original REBA score got a score of 5 to 3 (level 1). And the results of the compressive force against L5 / S1 have values of Fc <AL and Fc < MPL.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang suatu sistem informasi akademik khususnya di Lembaga Pendidikan Smp 2 klari. sebagai upaya pengembangan teknologi informasi. Karena smp 2 klari masih melakukan penyampaian informasi secara manual membuat informasi yang di sampaikan tidak terklalu efektif atau akurat sehingga menimbulkan informasi yang salah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan penginputan data-data siswa berdasarkan data yang didapatkan disekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode prototype, Untuk perancangan sistem menggunakan DFD, ERD, UML dan MySQL untuk pembuatan database nya, untuk perancangan tampilan web menggunakan aplikasi Adobe Dreamweaver CS6. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah rancangan sistem informasi akademik Smp 2 klari. Dengan sistem ini kegiatan akademik menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien karena pengelola data siswa tidak perlu mencari-cari data secara manual melainkan cukup mengakses sistem informasi akademik ini.
