This study aims to determine the effect of price and promotion on customer satisfaction. The research object is customers who use the company's services at one of the event organizer service providers in Bandung City, with 45 customers as respondents. The authors use descriptive analysis techniques and verification analysis to determine the magnitude of the influence of price and promotion on customer satisfaction. The study results indicate that there is a significant effect of price and promotion on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the study results indicate that to increase customer satisfaction; the company should provide more detailed information to customers so that it is easy to understand. The company must also evaluate the existing bureaucracy to avoid confusing customers too much.
Good employee performance is one of the goals of the organization in order to produce superior performance. This study aimed to determine the effect of transformational leadership and motivation on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research methods with path analysis techniques using a sample of 97 employees at one of the local government agencies in Bandung. The results showed a significant influence of transformational leadership and motivation on employee performance. The results of the study recommend that agencies make efforts to increase leadership and motivation to produce superior performance.
This research is motivated by the not-yet-optimal purchasing decision for one brand of women's shoes in Bandung, where the main influencing factors are product quality and price. So researchers researched to find out how Product Quality, Price, and Purchase Decisions for one brand of women's shoes in the city of Bandung. This research aims to optimize product quality and price in purchasing decisions for one brand of women's shoes in Bandung. This research uses a descriptive method. The purpose of descriptive research is to test hypotheses or answer questions related to the status of the subjects studied. Moreover, this study's analytical methods are Path analysis, F-test, T-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, with results showing a total effect of 32.8%. On the other hand, price positively affects purchasing decisions, with results showing a total effect of 31.5%. The research results on the relationship of the coefficient of determination (R²) expressed in percentages illustrate the magnitude of Product Quality and Price on Purchasing Decisions of 0.643 or 64.3%. In comparison, the determinant factor others that influence purchasing decisions that are not examined are indicated by the value of ɛ = 0.357 or 35.7%. Therefore, the conclusion of the suggestions that can be considered related to the research results is to pay more attention to product quality and price so that companies better understand and know consumer needs.
Kidney The objective of this study is to ascertain and scrutinize the impact of achievement motivation on the performance of employees, the impact of work discipline on employee performance, and the impact of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The employed research methodology entails the utilization of both descriptive and verification techniques. The present investigation concerns the populace of laborers affiliated with a forthcoming enterprise situated in Bandung. The study's sample size encompasses 124 respondents, who select through the Slovin technique. The process of gathering information is executed via questionnaires, whereas data examination is conducted through path analysis. The statistical analysis results indicate that Achievement Motivation (X1) exerts a direct impact of 28.4%, an indirect impact through competence (X2) of 17.2%, and a cumulative impact of 45.6%. The variable denoted as work Discipline (X2) exerts a direct impact of 14.4% and an indirect impact through achievement Motivation (X1) of 17.2%, resulting in a cumulative impact of 31.5%. The present study reports that the percentage value of the coefficient of determination (R2) signifies the extent to which the performance variable is determined by the independent variables, namely Achievement Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2). The obtained R2 value is 77.1%. The present study did not investigate certain performance-affecting factors; however, their influence was suggested by the observed value of ? = 0.229, equivalent to 22.9%. Thus, it infers that the presence of Achievement Motivation and Work Discipline results in a favorable and noteworthy impact on the overall performance of employees.
