Technological developments increased the more days as the development of modernization. Development of technology brought both positive and negative effects for some people. If we can learn the technological progress with both the technological advances that will have a positive impact, for example on education, not only the delivery of content using oral or written way but has been able to use audio-visual media. Technology can provide new lessons in the world of education by explaining how learning the national anthem of the primary level, not least those who are less eager to learn about the national anthem, so many children now do not know about the national anthem and the struggle of the heroes. The design was created using waterfall method is the method by analyzing, design, implementation, testing and operation of the hope of obtaining new knowledge as well as the information using Adobe Flash Professional CS6. One example application in this animation is learning the national anthem for a primary education is packed with interactive animations and audio visual so hopefully learning with interactive animations optimizing students' understanding of the national anthem, the animation is accompanied by an attractive image makes learning national songs more interesting and interactive.

Pada akhir abad ini. Kemajuan komputer sudah sangat pesat dan cepat perkembangannya, sehingga segala sesuatunya dibuat apapun hampir semua membutuhkan bantuan sistem terkomputerisasi. Saat ini mungkin hamper tidak ada yang tahu adanya komputer dikehidupan kita, terlebih lagi pada pelayanan kesehatan dan sangat tergantung dengan sistem komputerisasi. Klinik Dr. Sarwoko sangat memerlukan sekali sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat membantu kinerja klinik dan memberikan kemudahan bagi para pasien, khususnya administrasi sebagai pengguna dalam sistem tersebut. Unutk itulah saya sebagai penulis mencoba membuat Tugas Akhir dengan judul mengenai Perancangan Sistem Informasi Rawat Jalan Pada Klinik Dr. Sarwoko.Sebagian besar pasien yang berada di klinik ini adalah pasien yang memiliki perekonomian menengah kebawah, termasuk kaum dhuafa yang berada di daerah-daerah pelosok kabupaten Tangerang, khususnya daerah pasarkemis dan sekitarnya. Untuk itu dengan adanya sistem rawat jalan atau sebuah sistem pendukung untuk administrasi yang merupakan sebuah solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan pada pembuatan laporan administrasi yang cenderung lama dan besar kemungkinan kesalahan, serta dengan program ini dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada klinik ini. Oleh karena itu dengan sistem ini dalam pembuatan laporan rawat jalan agar berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien. Serta sistem in lebih kondusif dari pada sistem manual yang terdahulu.

Clean water is the most fundamental need for humans, it can be said to be the source of life. Water is an important factor in the future development process, if the management of water resources is wrong, it can cause a socio-economic development crisis for all countries. In 2017, water needs for residents of the city of Jakarta only reached 60% that served by clean water. The problem that arises is the lack of clean water supply, therefore research is needed to measure the level of efficiency, so that companies become a reference for overcoming unserved areas. Therefore DEA method is needed to measure the efficiency relative of a company. DMUs are based on annual data comparisons from 2014 to 2018 refer to homogeneous data. Efficiency measurements of clean water companies show a positive trends every year. In 2017 and 2018, the company showed extraordinary achievements with a relative level of efficiency reaching 100% or a value of 1, so that it can be a reference for the following years.
