Caring nurses are very important in meeting patient satisfaction, this is one indicator of the quality of service in a hospital. Nurses are people who become one of the keys in meeting patient satisfaction. Therefore, caring nurse behavior can have an effect on quality service to patients. Some studies conducted in Indonesia show that caring is still lacking for patients in hospitals as much as 50% show poor caring. Patient satisfaction is influenced by caring nurses in serving patients in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between caring nurses and patient satisfaction in the inpatient room. This study is a cross sectional analytic study and purposive sampling technique with a sample of 67 patients, collecting data using a questionnaire.The Chi-Square test results showed a significant relationship between caring nurses and patient satisfaction in the inpatient room with a p value of 0,045 (α = 0,05). Nurse caring attitude greatly affects patient satisfaction so it is expected that nurses or other health workers can be more sensitive, be responsive and respond well to patient complaints and show sincere care in helping patients recover
Hypertension is a condition in which blood pressure increases persistently which is ranked number one cause of death each year. It is estimated that in 2025 there will be 1.5 billion people suffering from hypertension, this problem occurs in many developed and developing countries. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of stress with the incidence of hypertension at the Sei Pancur Health Center in Batam City in 2018. The research method used analytical design with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique of this study used non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling totaling 61 samples. The results of this study found that the stress experienced was in very heavy stress the majority of 62.3% of respondents, the majority of 91.8% of respondents experienced hypertension. The results of the analysis there is a relationship between stress and the incidence of hypertension with a value of ρ = 0.001 <0.05. Based on this, it is recommended that health services improve health care problems, especially problems that cause hypertension.
<em>Job satisfaction is a pleasant mental state perceived by a person on the job because of the requirement for adequately. Someone who has a high level of job satisfaction will have a positive feeling about the job. This study aims to look at the factors associated with job satisfaction of nurses in the hospital harapan bunda batam 2015. The design of this study using cross sectional study design. Samples taken by total sampling with total sample of 74 nurses. Results of the study are the factors mitivator and hygiene factors more than half are not implemented. Statistical test results obtained Motivator factors that have a relationship with the achievement of satisfaction of nurses are working nurse with p = 0.020, recognition of the work with p = 0.003, and the work itself with p = 0.027. Hygiene factors linked to the satisfaction of nurses are working regulations with p = 0.013, p = 0.011 salary, and interpersonal relationships with p = 0.070. After multivariate analysis obtained factor most dominant working conditions and job satisfaction of nurses with OR = 5.123. The implications of this study demonstrated that the mother's hospital hopes more attention to factors related to job satisfaction of nurses so that the quality of service provided nurses can work well</em>
