The virus can multiply itself and their genetic code mostly includes either RNA or DNA. In many different ways, the various types of viral species are spread. For examples, Human immunodeficiency virus is transferred through body fluids, plant viruses are transferred from plant to plant by insects and other organisms, Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome virus transmitted by humans and animals, COVID-19 is a respiratory virus that transmitted mainly through direct contact with an infected individual by respiratory droplets when the infected person coughs or sneezes, or by saliva droplets or nose discharge. are the viruses that belong to the class and subclass , order . Some human infections are mild, but Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) human transmission from animals to humans, have caused more than ten thousand cumulative cases in the past two decades. And now a novel namely known as COVID-19 is a unique strain which has notbeen previously recognized in humans emerged as the most important global health threats. this study aims to assess the awareness of this COVID-19 among the general public and to provide basic information such as signs and symptoms, origin, diagnostic method, treatment, prevention recommended by WHO and impact of COVID-19 on global wealth. Global stock exchange has a drop-down rapidly as stock investors continue to worry about the broader economic effects of the COVID-19.
The drugs moiety included in Biopharmaceutical Classification System Class II and Class IV has low aqueous solubility and remedy for the solubility problem is nanotechnology techniques. Nanotechnology techniques play an important role at the molecular level and nano length scale size. To increase the dissolution rate of drug moiety which directly lead to increase bioavailability of drug depends on decrease drug particles into nano-scale range. Nanotechnology techniques in the pharmaceutical field include nanosuspension. Nanosuspension is biphasic dosage forms contain colloidal dispersions of nanosized drug particles which are stabilized by surface-active agents. Nanosuspension dosage form increases the stability and bioavailability of low aqueous soluble drugs. Solubility plays a crucial role in the effectiveness of drugs irrespective of the route of administration. Most of the presently investigated drug moieties having lower aqueous solubility and therefore has low bioavailability of drugs. The study is focused on formulation consideration, various methods of preparation along with evaluation parameters of nanosuspension.
The unique functions of the brain are learning, memory, and ability to find objects, recollecting them, and cognition. The foremost intention of the study is to appraise the memory-enhancing potential of “YashtimadhuKalpa” using Wistar rats. The formulation YashtimadhuKalpawas prepared using various ingredients and was evaluated for memory-enhancing activity by using Morris water test and elevated plus maze apparatus for the parameter like transfer latency. The formulation - YashtimadhuKalpa (75, 150, and 300 mg/kg, p.o.) used for consecutive four weeks significantly reduced TL at the 29th day as correlated to the respective control sets, show enhancement in memory. All doses of formulation notably decreased EL of rats when checked for Day 1, day 15 and on day 30th as related to the control and showed noteworthy enhancement of learning and memory. Among all the doses, the higher dose at 300 mg/kg, p.o. Presents a highly important effect on TL as related to the vehicle-treated control set. The decline of transfer latency dose-dependently proved its potency against Neurodegeneration and confirmed its nootropic activity.
Resveratrol (RSV) is a plant polyphenol or phytolexin phytoconstituents obtained from the grapes, berries, peanut, and wine. RSV is obtained from natural source and regarded as safe, effective, and hepatoprotective drug with no other serious organ toxicities are reported yet. This property of RSV makes it advantageous over the allopathic medicine having symptomatic cure and plethora of adverse effects. It’s a cheap and widely available phytoconstituent approved in the global market in the active form as trans-resveratrol. It has multiple pharmacological actions including, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-anxiety, anti-parkinsonian, anti-alzheimers, antioxidant, antidepressant, anti-cancer, anti-diabetic, anti-atherosclerotic effects. These effects are mediated via modulation of diverse underlying endogenous molecules like reactive oxygen species, nitric oxide, malonaldehyde, neutrophil, sirtulin, cyclo-oxygenase, inducible nitric oxide syntheses, superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione s-transferase, alpha-secretase, metalloproteinases, C-reactive protein, dopamine, nor-adrenaline, serotonin, cytokines (interleukins), nuclear factor kappa, signal transducer activator of transcription, brain derived neural nactor, neuropeptide, hypothalamo-pitutary axis, astroglia, mitochondrial dysfunction, glutamate, adrenergic, cholinergic, opioidergic, and purinergic receptors. Researchers are trying to explore its additional health benefits and preparing new analogues for better survival in the field. Present review will help to enlighten the multi-target pleiotropic pharmacological nature of a RSV in relation to the variety of the molecular targets modulation through extensive web science literature survey.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
