Conclusion:In this study, the average symptom and function scale scores of the patients with acne vulgaris in private hospital were found higher than those in public hospital. On the other hand, the average emotion scale score of patients with acne vulgaris in public hospital was found higher than those in private hospital. However the difference was not statistically significant. This situation makes us believe that in private hospital the life quality of patients with acne vulgaris is mostly influenced from symptom and function, whereas it is mostly influenced from emotion in public hospital.
