Quality human resources are the most important and most important thing needed by a country for its economic development, especially the younger generation. Human resource development can be done through educational facilities. One of the education needed by the younger generation is entrepreneurship education. Through entrepreneurship education, students will be able to recognize and understand not only the value and knowledge of entrepreneurship, but also the characteristics of entrepreneurship. Which, the characteristics of entrepreneurship are not something that can be owned by every individual in general. But only individuals who have my entrepreneurial thoughts and behavior have them. So it can be interpreted that the characteristics of entrepreneurship are still not widely known by the younger generation. So the government is trying to commit to introducing the characteristics of entrepreneurship through educational facilities. The sooner the younger generation recognizes and even has entrepreneurial characteristics, the better the quality of Indonesian human resources. know themselves and others through brain color measurement. Which through this test students can know and understand themselves, even others more deeply. This brain color measurement is used to measure the entrepreneurial characteristics of students.
The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effect of transformational leadership and human resources training on employee well-being with organizational justice as a mediating variable. This study used purposive sampling. The sample consisted of 54 respondents who were employees, and the research data were analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3.3.2 software program. The results of this study indicated that transformational leadership and human resources training at the company have a significant and positive effect on employee well-being. This means that the better the transformational leadership is realized in the company, the higher the employee well-being in the company. However, based on the research results, organizational justice did not have a significant and negative effect on employee well-being. So that organizational justice cannot mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and human resources training for employee well-being. The implication of this research for companies in general is that companies can maintain and improve their employee well-being. Suggestions for the company, it is hoped that it can maintain and improve transformational leadership and conduct human resources training regularly and with good procedures to improve employee well-being in a company, because human capital is the one of the main capitals that it is important to be managed by the company.
Awareness to develop creativity and innovation from a young age has increased. Every child is born with creative potential. Therefore, children need to be guided and directed to develop their creative potential optimally. In an effort to develop creativity through entrepreneurship programs, positive activities that contain creative ideas are needed. One of the positive activities held by community service partners, in this case is SMP Al-Jannah Islamic, Nature, and Science School located in Pondok Rangon, East Jakarta is to hold seminars and entrepreneurship workshops regularly every semester. The procurement of seminars and workshops also shows that the school aims to create a diverse learning environment, which can increase the self-efficacy of students and provide opportunities for students to develop their potential and abilities. The external target that will be generated from this PKM is in the form of knowledge transfer about entrepreneurship and creative product creation, which can be applied in Al-Jannah Islamic Junior High School, Nature, and Science School. In addition, this PKM activity is also expected to be able to develop the interest of Al-Jannah Islamic, Nature, and Science School junior high school students towards the entrepreneurial profession as one of the professional choices in the future. The method of implementation of activities is to conduct in-depth-interview,studyrelevant literature, draw up a plan of mentoring activities, implementation of PKM activities, evaluation of activities, as well as the preparation and submission of activity reports. The result of this activity is an increase in students' insights regarding entrepreneurship. From workshop activities, students also gain technical skills regarding the manufacture of creative products in the form of therapeutic scent candles. ABSTRAK:Kesadaran untuk mengembangkan kreativitas dan inovasi sejak usia muda sudah makin meningkat. Pada dasarnya setiap anak dilahirkan dengan membawa potensi kreatif. Oleh karena itu, anak perlu dibimbing dan diarahkan untuk mengembangkan potensi kreatifnya tersebut secara optimal. Dalam upaya mengembangkan kreativitas melalui program kewirausahaan, maka diperlukan aktivitas-aktivitas positif yang mengandung ide kreatif. Salah satu kegiatan positif yang diadakan oleh pihak mitra kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dalam hal ini adalah SMP Al-Jannah Islamic, Nature, dan Science School yang berlokasi di Pondok Rangon, Jakarta Timur adalah mengadakan kegiatan seminar dan workshop kewirausahaan secara rutin setiap semesternya. Pengadaan kegiatan seminar dan workshop ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pihak sekolah bertujuan menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang beragam, yang dapat meningkatkan efikasi diri para siswa dan memberikan kesempatan kepada para siwa untuk mengembangkan potensi dan kemampuan diri. Target luaran yang akan dihasilkan dari PKM ini adalah berupa transfer pengetahuan mengenai kewirausahaann dan pembuatan produk kreatif, yang dapat diterapkan di SMP Al-Jannah Islamic, Nature, dan Science School. Selain itu, kegiatan PKM ini juga diharapkan mampu mengembangkan minat siswa SMP Al-Jannah Islamic, Nature, dan Science School terhadap profesi wirausaha sebagai salah satu pilihan profesi di masa mendatang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah melakukan in-depth-interview, studi literatur yang relevan, menyusun rencana kegiatan pendampingan, pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM, evaluasi kegiatan, serta penyusunan dan penyerahan laporan kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan ini adanya peningkatan wawasan siswa mengenai kewirausahaan. Dari kegiatan workshop, para siswa juga mendapatkan keterampilan teknis mengenai pembuatan produk kreatif berupa lilin aroma terapi.
Employee well-being should be felt by the workers who work in the company. By being able to feel the well-being of the workers, it can help the company to increase the productivity and performance of the workers without asking for it. However, employee well-being will not be realized by itself. The company needs some support through job satisfaction, leadership as well as existing organizational justice. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling with a total of 90 respondents who are employees of PT Lancar Makmur Bersama. Data processing is done using SmartPLS software. The results of this study are job satisfaction, leadership and organizational justice each have a positive influence on employee well-being. Job satisfaction, leadership and organizational justice also have a significant relationship to employee well-being. This paper presents insights that can be used as reference material for further researchers related to the variables of job satisfaction, leadership and organizational justice and employee welfare. In addition, this paper also presents insights that can be used as criticism and suggestions for companies related to job satisfaction, leadership and organizational justice so that later they can improve or maximize employee well-being in the company.
Creativity is one of the abilities that every individual needs to have because of its nature that is important for selfdevelopment. To be able to survive the changes that occur, creativity is needed to continue to develop and produce new things. Creativity is the ability to create new discoveries or an ability to develop existing discoveries better than before. Creativity can grow through two main environments, namely the family environment and the school environment. Therefore, this activity is carried out in the scope of the school which is one of the main environments of creativity growth. Basically, every individual is creative. Currently the generation that is in concern is the younger generation or generation Z. Generation Z is also often referred to as the post-millinealgenerai,which in the development of personality and skills, are in the uncertainty and complexity of the socioeconomic environment. In addition, generation Z also strongly considers that his life depends on the advancement of existing technology, even until the future of his organized life. Generation Z is a future generation that will face more and more opportunities and challenges in conditions of uncertainty. To deal with the uncertainty and risks of the future, it is imperative for Generation Z to develop their creativity and increase their competitive advantage. The method of carrying out activities is to conduct deepinterviews, study relevant literature, draw up seminar and workshopactivity plans, implementation of PKM activities, evaluation of activities, and preparation and submission of activity reports. In general, community service activities have been going well and the students also give a positive response and hope this activity can be carried out continuously.
