Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berbasis augmented reality terhadap hasil belajar mengenal kebudayaan dalam mata pelajaran IPS siswa tunarungu kelas V SLB B Karnnamanohara. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Desain yang digunakan adalah bentuk one group pretes posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa tunarungu kelas V SLB B Karnnamanohara yang berjumlah lima siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik nonparametrik dengan mengunakan analisis Wilcoxon Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan media Yogya Monopoli efektif terhadap hasil belajar mengenal kebudayaan dalam mata pelajaran IPS siswa tunarungu kelas V SLB B Karnnamanohara. Hasil analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon Test menunjukkan hasil perhitungan T hitung lebih kecil dari pada T tabel yaitu 0 (p≤0,05), sehingga Ho ditolak. Data hasil penelitian ini juga didukung dengan data hasil pencapaian posttest lebih baik dari hasil pencapaian pretest.Kata kunci : anak tunarungu, hasil belajar, mengenal kebudayaan.Abstract: This study aim to determine the effectiveness of Yogya Monopoly media toward the learning outcome of culture in the social science subject for children with hearing impairment in grade 5th SLB Karnnamanohara. The research approach used is quantitative with quasi-experimental research type. The design used is one group pretest posttest design. Subjects used in this research are students with hearing impairment of class V in SLB Karnnamanohara. Data collection technique in this study is test. The data analysis used is nonparametric statistic by using Wilcoxon Test analysis. The results of the research showed that the use of Yogya Monopoly media was effective toward the learning outcomes of the culture in the subjects of social studies students with hearing impairment of class V in SLB Karnnamanohara. The result of data analysis which used Wilcoxon Test showed the result of calculation of T count smaller than at T table that was 0 (p≤0,05), therefore Ho was rejected. The data of the study was supported by with data of posttest achievement which had higher result than the result of pretest achievement.Keywords: hearing impairment, learning outcomes, culture.
This study aims to determine the perception of parents about sexual education given to adolescence with autism. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were three parents of autistic children who showed a sexual behavior disorder. Data collection using questionnaire and interview method. The results of this study indicate that parents consider adolescence with autism to have sexual development such as adolescents in general despite having a different speed. Parents have the view that sexual education is important for autistic children who start entering adolescence to prevent possible sexual development disorders in autistic children. However, parents do not have sufficient knowledge about it, thus having difficulties in providing reproductive health education.
Abstrak: Anak autis usia pubertas perlu memiliki pemahaman tentang konsep bagian tubuh pribadi agar dirinya terhindar dari tindakan pelecehan seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran berupa SEXO App terhadap pemahaman konsep bagian tubuh pribadi pada siswa autis. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Single Subject Research (SSR) atau penelitian dengan subjek tunggal. Desain yang digunakan adalah A-B-A’. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak autis kelas V SD yang berusia 12 tahun di Sekolah Khusus Autis Bina Anggita. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan tes tertulis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis dalam kondisi dan analisis antar kondisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media SEXO App efektif terhadap pemahaman konsep bagian tubuh pribadi yang dibuktikan dengan naiknya perolehan skor tes pemahaman konsep bagian tubuh pribadi dari tahap ke tahap. Hal tersebut terjadi karena media SEXO App merupakan aplikasi pembelajaran visual yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik pembelajaran anak autis sebagai visual learner.Kata Kunci: aplikasi pembelajaran, bagian tubuh pribadi, siswa autisAbstract: Autistic children of puberty age must have sexual education in order to avoid sexual harassment.This study aims to determine the use of learning media in the form of Application SEXO towards understanding the concept of automatic users in students. This type of research uses Single Subject Research (SSR) or research with a single subject. The design is A-B-A '. The subjects of this research are children with autism grade V SD which is 12 years in Special School Autism Bina Anggita. Methods of research data using written tests. Data analysis techniques are also called in conditions and analysis between conditions. The results showed that the SEXO media Application effective against the understanding of existing concepts is reversed with the increase of performance Scores of some parts. This is done because the media SEXO App is a visual learning application tailored to the type of autism learning as a visual learner.Keywords: learning application, body part concept, autistic student.
The fine motor skills of children with intellectual disabilities vary and are influenced by several factors including parents’ contributions. This study was set to determine the children's motor skills and the role of parents in the fine motor skills of children with intellectual disabilities. The subjects of this study were 47 children with intellectual disabilities aged 7-8 years and their parents. Fine motor skills are obtained through assessment using fine motor skills instruments of children with intellectual disabilities. Meanwhile, the data on the role of parents on children's fine motor skills were gathered through a questionnaire. The results showed that the fine motor skills of this group mostly developed as expected. The contribution of parents to the children's motor skills is shown by providing early stimulation and early intervention through involving children in various activities in daily life.
