<p>Soal-soal HOTS merupakan instrumen pengukuran yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi, yaitu kemampuan yang berpikir yang tidak sekedar mengingat (recall), menyatakan kembali (restate), atau merujuk tanpa melakukan pengolahan (recite). Tujuan penilitian ini untuk menganalisis penilaian di MIN 4 Kebumen, berdasarkan soal ulangan harian fikih kelas IV. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan pengumpulan data sekunder pada ulangan harian. Hasil dari penilaian evaluasi juga sangat bervariatif mulai dari huruf/angka, ataupun lulus dan tidak lulus. Penelitian ini juga berisi tentang analisis soal-soal yang termasuk dalam kurikulum K13. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan deskripsi kualitatif. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa level kognitif C1 61,25 %, C2 36,25%, C3 0%, C4 1,25%, C5 1,25%, dan C6 0%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan untuk penilaian soal dengan kriteria HOTs masih rendah, yaitu 2,5% dan sisanya soal LOTs 97,5%.</p>

This research is based on the view that literature is basically a reflection of reality, including social reality. The reality that becomes a picture in Indonesia is family poverty which is a picture of the perspective in Indonesia in the novel Padang Bulan by Andrea Hirata. The theory underlying this research is the sociology of literature. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive method. The source of data in this study is novel. The technique used to obtain data using the read-record technique. The results of this study show that there is economic inequality in the form of poverty and social class by Belitung families which is one of the reflections in Indonesia.

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of Local Government Performance, Level of Dependency, Local Government Location and Local Government Wealthy to Voluntay Graphics Disclosure on local government financial report in Indonesia. The sample of this study using the 231 districts/cities in Indonesia period of 2017. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from local government financial report (LKPD). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis models were performed with SPSS 20.0. Results of regression testing showed that only level of dependency which effect negative and significant to voluntary graphics disclosure, while lokal government performance, local government location and local government wealthy not significantly effect to voluntary graphics disclosure on local government (districts/cities) in Indonesia period of 2017.
