For each pati ent, the manual and computer soft ware predicti on before and aft er surgery were compared with each other. The paired t-test was used to evaluate possible diff erences between manual and computer soft ware predicti on (p<0.05). Conclusion: Dolphin Imaging soft ware (version 10.0) has a good accuracy for predicti on of pre and postsurgical outcome of orthognathic samples.
